Oklahoma Sooners in College Basketball Crown

0:00On March 16th, Oklahoma Sooners' men's basketball is keeping the season alive in Las Vegas. The team accepted a spot in the 18th college basketball crown, running from April 1st through 5th. They'll tip off against Old Big 12 rival Colorado on Wednesday, April 1st at 7pm Central Time. First round action happens at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, with semi-finals in the title game moving to T-Mobile Arena. A Sooners win sends them to face the winner of Baylor vs. Minnesota on Saturday, April 4th, and a championship shot on Sunday, April 5th. Coach Porter Moser expressed some disappointment over missing the NCAA tournament, but he's fired up for more games. The school plans to bring him back for the 2026 season, even after missing the big dance in four of his five years on the job. The Sooners head in strong, with 19 wins and 15 losses overall, 7 and 11 in SEC play. They won six of their last eight regular season games and win two and one in the conference tournament
