This Islamic Independent Day School, run out of a mosque on the first floor, has 92 pupils at half its capacity and charges parents, 4,200 pounds a year per kid. Inspectors say weak safeguarding leadership puts those children a significant risk of harm. On top of that, the school's systems for spotting and handling risks are inadequate with no real culture of openness around safety. Academics are shaky too. Phonics teaching feels disjointed, assessments inconsistent, leaving gaps in what older kids know before heading to secondary. School. Most areas got graded as needing attention or urgent improvement. Inspectors did note some bright spots, pupils feel safe, the vibe is calm with little bullying and adults step up when kids have worries, but attendance tracking misses bigger patterns, letting some children skip school too often without early fixes.
