3:03and House ranking Democrats led by Jamie Raskin have written a letter to the honorable Pamela Bondi attorney general calling for the investigation and prosecution of Christy gnome for different categories of lies, some having to do with Corey Lewandowski, who's been accused to be her boyfriend, who had an unpaid position in Homeland Security when she testified that Corey Lewandowski did not have any role in approving contracts that turned out to be a lie. Second category has to do with her not telling the truth about who approved the over 220 million dollar ad campaign starring her. She said it was Donald Trump and it went through a competitive bid turns out Donald Trump doesn't think it was Donald Trump and he has said that effectively she is lied and that it did not go through a competitive bidding process and several other categories of lies like a fundamental one does the Department of Homeland Security comply with

4:05federal orders. We do. We know that's a lie. Judge Schultz, Chief Judge in Minnesota already cataloged almost 200 violations of federal orders by ICE under her command when she was in charge, a district judge in New Jersey already cataloged 75 or more violations of federal orders by ICE or border patrol under the Homeland Security office. So that's another lie. And what a Department of Justice, of course, under any attorney general should do, would be to appoint a special counsel, a special prosecutor and have that person investigate Christie Nome's lies along with her affair, potentially with Corey Lewandowski, the expenditure of 220 million dollars of taxpayer dollars. I mean, if that's the criteria that wasteful money of taxpayer dollars is a crime, which appears to be what they're trying to say

Why did they get part of that contract? Why did money flow

6:10to those people and when Christie Nome testified in front of one congress person, she said it was competitively bid but when she testified the next day in front of another congress person, a senator, she said it was not competitively bid. Let's play those clips. So it's just a coincidence that 143 million dollar subquite contract went to the husband of your press person. Also someone that Corey Lewandowski, one of your special government employees, worked with extensively. So that was all a coincidence, right? Because you had no knowledge of this, no company. And on the people around you had any involvement. The ability to choose subcontractors. We don't weigh in on who subcontractors are. There's not a legal process for us to determine what subcontractors are a part of a contract. So can you stay from the right career employees that DHS were in on the choosing of those media contracts that neither you nor Mr. Lewandowski nor your press secretary married to the husband of the person who got this

Can you stay for the record that none of you that I've just described at any role played any part made any communication with any government agency that was involved in deciding who would get that contract? To the best of my knowledge, none of us were involved in deciding who got those contracts. We're any of you involved in advocating, communicating or expressing a preference in any way, excuse me, let me just finish the question. Were any of you involved in any way in communicating, expressing a preference in any form, manner, verbal, written with any government agency that was involved in the contracting process? The same process was followed for that contract that is for media contracts that have gone forward to my knowledge. Yes or no? There was no involvement whatsoever of anybody that is on the political appointee side of this position and that media contract. Madam Secretary, I'll read from the notice from your agency. Given the immediate action to significantly reduce

8:15the legal immigration and border crossings, DHS invite, excuse me, identified four companies, four of the hundreds of thousands of companies in the United States, you identified four. One of those is this safe American media company. Where is safe American media headquartered? I don't know. I don't know either. Madam Secretary, we can't find it. We can't find a website. We did find an address that's registered for this company. Do you know where that address is? Is there a problem with this contract? I'll tell you about it. Madam Secretary, the red address registered to a political operator. Madam Secretary, the company, and I'll give you an obvious one. The company is registered to a political operative in Virginia. Do you know, just by way of example, whether this company that received $143 million in taxpayer dollars, has it ever done work for the government before? I don't know. I can't. The answer is it has not. And do you know why we know that? Because it was incorporated eight days, eight days before this contract went out. You want the American people to believe

9:21that this is all above board, that $143 million of taxpayer money just happened to go to this one company that doesn't have a headquarters, doesn't have a website, has never done work for the federal government before, and is registered apparently or attached to a residence from a political operative. And of course, one of the subcontractors of that contract, as you know, is a political firm that's tied to you back when you were governor of South Dakota. So even Kennedy is like, are you trying to tell me a president Trump and the office of management and budget director Russ vote approved, wasteful, $220 million spending your ad campaign about homeland security? Play that clip. You have spent $220 million running television advertisements that feature you prominently. And you're saying that you're testifying that President Trump approved this ahead of time. We had conversations about making sure that we were telling people,

10:26no matter how short in a rub, but the president approved ahead of time, you spending $220 million running TV ads across the country in which you are featured prominently. Yes, sir. We went through the legal processes. Did it correct? We worked with OMB. Yes, he did. So of course, the Senate and House Democrats are calling for her to be investigated and prosecuted for lying. We just had Janine Piro, Donald Trump's ally, the inexperienced federal prosecutor in the District of Columbia, stand in front of a panel of media and say with much umbrage and high dungeon and and false outrage that she can't believe that Judge Bozberg shut down an investigation into wastefulness of taxpayer dollars concerning the federal reserve's construction project or remodeling project that she said that we money was wasted in Washington. We need to get to the bottom of the play the clip.

11:28The American public is fed up with public monies that seem to go into a black hole, especially in D.C., where no one is held accountable. One of the age old tools that all prosecutors have to investigate any crime, including cost overruns, is a grand jury subpoena. So if that's the standard, then how do you not go after Kristi Nome? It's what's good for the goose. It's the old goose gander doctrine. Here's what they say in their letter. Let me read it to you. We write to refer evidence showing Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Nome repeatedly misled the Senate committee on the judiciary during your testimony on March 3rd and the House committee on the judiciary on March 4th, and that it's a crime under 2001. After months of evading of our committee's request to testify in routine oversight hearings,

12:32Secretary Nome made a series of demonstrably false statements that have brazen attempt to undermine critical congressional oversight. She did so by affirming that her testimony to the Senate would be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Here's what they say on page two. Secretary Nome repeatedly made false claims before the House Judiciary Committee. Representative ballot asked Secretary Nome, since you took over the department, how many times is DHS violated a court order? We always comply with federal court orders. When ballot pressed, you're noting that a federal judge, that's a judge, a Schultz in Minnesota, identified 210 instances of ICE violating court orders. She insisted we comply with all federal orders. I'm not aware of any situations where that has happened. He then in the letter outlines judge Schultz's order along with a judge in New Jersey judge far be ours. The next day, mistakes can be made, but when the same mistakes

13:39happen over and over again, the picture can start to look a little different, don't you think? Then we get to the $220 million ad campaign starring her. Senator Kennedy, who's a Republican, asked her, did you, did they bid out those service contracts? In other words, did you get three bids competitively to keep the cost down? Nome responded, yes, they did. They went out for competitive bid. After some back and forth, she then blamed the president and said the president had approved it. However, the president said he didn't approve it. And then when she appeared before the house, the next day with Representative Negusey, Neguse, she had to admit that it was not competitively bid. That's all we have word for that in the law and under statutes. That's called lying to Congress. She lied to Congress also about detaining US citizens. She made false statements about the detention conditions. See, when you're under oath in an oversight committee hearing,

14:47it changes the entire nature of what you're subjected to. Look, we've got right now Donald Trump trying to indict and prosecute former FBI director James Coby for something he said five years ago, some in September of 2025. So September of 2020, which is something I want to bring to our audience's attention. It's a five year statute of limitations on this lying to Congress charge, this one thousand and one charge. We are in 20 she gave that testimony March of 2026, which means she is exposed until March of of 2031 to be prosecuted by the next department of justice. Now, I know what you're thinking. Donald Trump's going to give everybody in his administration, everybody, a outgoing pardon. And he may, but we're going to force him to do that in order to make him

15:52so politically radioactive to once again cover up for the crimes of his administration that he'll never come back for the dead and neither were the mega party. So yes, she may end up walking because of a pardon, but not, not before great political capital is expended. And the mask is ripped off of MAGA as being the party of corruption.
