Hour 3 (9.04) Shouting like a brat at newsman Rick Chambers mid-broadcast at Laurel Canyon and Ventura Blvd. Then he and the crew dive into the latest concert trend — no encores! — before launching Andy’s favorite caller game, Solo 2 Solo, where he plays stripped-down guitar-only tracks and listeners guess the song and artist.  

A caller from Japan comes close twice, the next listener nails Pantera’s “Walk,” and the show pays respects to the late Dimebag Darrell. More Solo 2 Solo follows as KFI listeners prove they’re as bad at listening as the Riesmeyer crew, with a salute to the late George Harrison rounding out a loud, chaotic, music-nerd hour.
