Judge John Couchy scores the competition, 100 to 90. Andrew Lassich, 100 to 90 and Charles Lucas, 100 to 91. For your winner by unanimous decision, 1 to go to the blue corner, the Phoenix, Calm. Yes, doesn't get you, doesn't get you, Galm. With a record of 26 and through with 18 knockouts, Timmy Zoo, welcome to the run home. Thank you. Oh, jeez, that was good. That was good. How did you go today? How did you go today? Yeah, yeah. How did you, I suppose it was the press conference, not the face off with Dennis Nurgia today? How did you go? Yeah, we sort of soft each other out today. The respect to you about it last time, yeah, I think I did, I think I did. But yeah, we went all right, like the guys a bit like my height, so we got to soft each other out and stuff like that. So yeah, it's cool. So Timmy, is that the

first time you've actually seen him in the flesh? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I can feel that he feels that he's in enemy territory. I think he can sense that. So I didn't really get too much from today, but yeah, closer, the closer we get to the fire, I guess, the more stuff, feeling it at the way in the pressure and stuff like that. Yeah, good evening, Timmy, it's Chad Townsend. Look, he's got an impressive resume, Dennis, 20, you know, obviously comes fighting out of Albania. What have you made of him? Have you seen some of his tape and some of his fights? So I assume? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Look, he's under failure, 20, you know. He's had a big amateur career since for all around the world. He does this for a living, you know, so this is, it's no easy task. There's not such a thing as easy task at this level anymore. So yeah, I'm just looking forward to the challenge. So you didn't need to take this fight. I don't know, you know, there's a spence fight later on, but did you need to take this fight? Or is it just something that you're

all camp and your coach thinks you needed? I think I needed it just because I've started it and you camped in Miami, so I wanted to get the flow of things, understand the different methods and stuff like that because my coach last time wasn't able to come for the whole two weeks or we needed it. Before we tack on our crazy fight, we still need to be comfortable, and if we can't pass these types of tests, then maybe boxing is not for me. Right. Timmy, you just spoke about camp in Miami. Give us an insight into how it's been and the changes you've made since the move in Miami. Yeah, it's just been a bit more strategical. I've got an old school, Cuban coach, which comes with old school tactics and stuff like that. It's been interesting. The boxing that I've learned in the past, as I keep growing up, has always been that Soviet type style and a lot of glimpses of that in the Cuban style of how

they box, how they fight, how they do their types of training and stuff like that. It's been interesting. It's been fun because I've just been reminiscing on the past. So Timmy, last time we spoke to you, you said you sort of fell out of love with it. Obviously, you fall in love with it. When you say you fall in love, was it the training, the type of training you're doing, was it the politics in boxing? What was it? I would have said I really fell out of it, but I got to a stage where everything started becoming a bit repetitive. Everything was the same, so I needed a little change up. That's what made me again rekindle my love back for the sport. Timmy, give us an insight into when you step in the ring and obviously the mindset and the mentality that it takes as being involved in an individual sport. I can only imagine mentally, that's an area you've put a lot of time into

over the course of your career. It's really feeling because, for example, in most team sports or whatever sports, there's a game on every week. There's a thing on nonstop. Boxing is like a grand final and it's it's on and that's it and then it's over and then you're on to the next, but it's not the same as having that every week. If you lose here, if you lose there, no problem, you get back to it. Boxing is different. It's like, this is the grand final, we have to win it and then we'll move on to the next, which is going to be completely bigger. That's how it's always been. That's why it's such a big feeling and animosity, but for the fight that's where you have to stay locked in and everything falls towards that. You were quoted as saying, I needed knock this guy out, I need to effing annihilate him. Do you feel that's for you or is it for you or is that a shot at

is that a shot at Errol Spence? No, no, I don't know where that came from. I really saw that. I really say that. I love it. I just got to do it for myself. You were in the hurt business, man, we need to hurt someone. That's what it's all about for me. I was intrigued to hear without an answer when you were in your last fight. You're now known as the Phoenix. Where did this name come from? Where did this name rise from? Yes, again, as the Phoenix turned from the ashes, going through to Howard and now coming back up to rise from the ashes. That's where the whole thing is at that and giving that myself that little nickname to be able to have that little what is the code that alter ego that I can follow? Timmy, what about the final preparations?

Obviously Sunday the fight occurs down at win and attainment. What is the next couple of days or the last week of preparation look like for you? Yeah, now it's just like about making weight. That's always not fun, but I'm very I'm very low. So I'm in a good position now. So I'm sort of just like we'll see how the next days play out, but just nice and sharp. We do 30 minute sessions, just get to the point and we come back and just take it in. So when you make the way in and then you can gorge, what are you sort of getting into? Depends what I'm feeling there, but I don't know, I've been real Japanese recently. So I've been having my rice and the noodle soups and stuff. Oh, the ramen. You're like a ramen? Yeah, I love ramen. There's a good one in the city. Craving it now, bro, crazy. Timmy, I've got one for you. It's in the city. It's you know, you know, in Georgia with the big Apple stories. Yep. Yep. Go. Yeah. If you're looking at

the store, it's about 50 minutes to the left. It's called Mencho. M-E-N-S-H-O. Trust me and thank me, lady, you're welcome, Timothy. I'm going to have a look at it now, actually. That's pretty good. Yeah, we'll let you go, Timmy. Thank you very much. So the zoo versus Nurgert, this summer, the wind stadium, a wind entertainment center. Get your tickets, a ticket master and book the pay per view on main event and KO sports. Timmy, zoo, best of luck, my friend. Good luck, Timmy. Thanks. Thank you, guys.
