If the mainstream media had been transparent and committed to honest reporting, they wouldn't have downplayed or concealed former President Biden’s cognitive decline during his time in office. Instead of raising legitimate concerns in real time, many major outlets chose to ignore or dismiss the signs—leaving the public without a clear understanding of the president’s capacity to lead. Now, these very issues are being acknowledged post-factum, notably in a book by CNN's Jake Tapper.
