About this episode
I noticed an advertisement on the back of my magazine for some new shoes by Skechers. The catch lines were, "No Bending Over. No Touching Shoes." The promotion of rigidity and being LESS mobile does not sound like a good idea! Here are some quick thoughts on what I have learned about seniors and mobility over the decades.
