No Balls Cricket Unfiltered: Episode 1

The team was down a key man. Others weren’t in the country, either. And so, it looked hopeless, if not already over.

We mean us. We’re baaaaaaaaaaack.

As far as overcoming absences and coming back when it never looked possible, can you really top a podcast returning after no episodes in two years, with one member deciding to bow out entirely and the other two leaving for different parts of the world?

Oh. Right. The Indian men’s cricket team did something similar, apparently.

But…but…we’ve switched to video! It’s a new and improved No Balls Cricket! We’re going UNFILTERED, for Christ’s sake!

Fuck off, Aditya, you’re trying too hard. Nobody cares. Just get to the point.

India pulled off an upset for the ages in Australia, and we were buzzing for so long after the Gabba Test, we decided it’s time to bring back the podcast, so we could actually rant and ramble on video instead of just talking to each other on WhatsApp. What a win. What a series. What a team.

So, time for our first episode in nearly two years, and our first video episode ever. We decided to celebrate on video and we don’t care if the Aussies feel bad. You can finally put a face to the voices you’ve not been hearing. And to make it better, we decided to forget sounding intelligent or professional or insightful.
