真相是，流感疫苗的确是用一种特殊的鸡胚来生产，外观看着是个蛋，实际上里面小鸡已经在发育了。有点像一种恐怖的食物——毛蛋。
真正用来做疫苗的鸡和鸡蛋非常复杂，不是说不够用了就从市场上收购，疫苗生产哪有那么随意呢。
