The FDNY is paying tribute to a fire company that lost every one of their first responders. Engine 54 and latter four lost all of their firefighters sent into the world trade center. marking the most significant loss for a single company. Father Brian Jordan was the only clergy member allowed at ground zero in the months following the September 11th attacks. His close friend and mentor FDNY, Chaplain, father Michael judge died responding to the twin towers. Jordan has a message for New Yorkers who are still grieving 25 years later. We have to believe and understand and love. You're on this. We're going to be really nice, but then happen again. We're going to be really nice.

Amy Pridemore with Auburn University's College of Nursing says extreme thirst, dark yellow urine and fatigue are all signs of dehydration. And they may present as just feeling a little bit off. They may be a little more tired than normal. They may not want to eat or drink as much. And that's really where we're looking at early dehydration. Usually it's very hard to notice it first. She says children should make sure they're drinking enough before they start their sport activity for the day. She also recommends water and drinks with electrolytes before during an after an active event. Pridemore says once an athlete is thirsty, dehydration may already be present. I'm Scott Pringle.
