About this episode
Nick is still recovering from a birthday party that ended with a blackout, a barefoot Uber ride, and the realization that his cousin somehow ended up with his shoes.
Then Brian returns from Norway with stories about German air travel, an airport serving hot dogs and coffee at 8 AM, a Bergen hotel room whose only window LOOKED INTO THE HALLWAY, and one of the most disturbing condiment dispensers we've ever encountered.
Plus: college memories, Steve's burnt ends, technical difficulties, Michigan football controversy, Chris Benoit somehow entering the conversation, and another installment of our increasingly difficult-to-disprove theory:
Everything is pro wrestling. Nothing is real.

That's a kick out at two. All right, we're here. It's kick out at two. Nick and Brian, Brian's on time, Steve's not. So we're gonna wait a little bit for Steve, but in the meantime, yeah, Steve, where are you? We're Steve. It's almost like where's Gary, but, oh, man, it's Steve. I am going to lean on you a lot. I'm still struggling. I'm still struggling. It's Monday and I'm struggling from Saturday night. You're not going to be the one who's doing that. Yeah, that sounds like it. Yeah, we've gotten to the point where it like, oh wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Are you struggling because of all the bingo that you played at the church bench on Saturday? No, Brian, I'm not. Are you, are you, are you struggling because of all the books you read to the orphans on Saturday? Also, no, that is not the problem. All right, are you struggling because of all the prayers you thought for those who are struggling themselves
with something or another? Listen, they're, is that why you're struggling to prayer? Said and promises made, but I'm struggling because of my barefoot drunk and return to my hotel after a birthday party in New York. Oh, yeah, because you were drinking through my way again way too much. It's I, I have, I, I'm the type of alcoholic where I can go weeks without drinking weeks. The second I end up at a place with unlimited alcohol that I didn't purchase, it's a very specific set of requirements, right? But as soon as I get to a place where I can drink as much as I want and it doesn't affect my wallet, I just go, I go insane. I lose my mind and then eventually,
I don't just lose my mind theoretically, I lose my mind entirely because I black out and I know it's not good. I know it's not healthy, I get it, but I, I'm paying for it. Pay for it. I went to the gym today. I ate like I'm not sick. I don't have a headache. I just know that I'm not right. And I am fine. Thank you, Steve. I am also not going to change any of my habits. So we are probably gonna have this conversation again. Well, yeah, with probably about other close friends and family and demotorator. Yeah, right? In a room where they really don't want to leave. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Or tell you something, or you know, yeah, so now it's easier. I'll get into father trips. Yeah, I'll get, I'll have to get into the full story here as I went to my cousin's 40th birthday party. Whose house is beautiful house.
They have a great little pool in their backyard and my brother Kyle went out. My parents were out there and I got out there late because we had another party to go to on the same day, which really sucks. Like I hate having to go to places and sing on the same day. So we go to the one party we skip out early than we drive to my cousin's house, which is New York, Pennsylvania, jealous. It's about an hour and a half away from where we were already. And you know, we drive out there, we stop at our hotel, we check in, we dump our shit in the room, we set the temperature of the hotel room to 60 degrees or however low it will go. And then we leave because that is what we do. Even Kelly's always that like she's always cold, but we never go to a hotel and don't immediately turn the air as cold as it will let us do it. Cause we want to sleep. Yeah. Nice chest. We don't especially after drinking, we know you're going to get back. You kind of like the booze sweats go hit, like can't have that, can't have that at all.
So we do that. We jump in an Uber meat, which I like the meat sweats. That's different. That no amount of air conditioning is going to stop the meat sweats. But we get in our Uber, which was the cleanest, nicest smelling Uber I've ever been in for reasons. And we got to my cousin's party and of course we're several hours behind. So everybody's like, oh, you're here. You have catching up to do and they say these words. And then my Neanderthal brain starts just drinking like it's the end of the world. It's like, yeah, but yeah, flip a switch start going to the point where several hours later, apparently my uncle Duke and I are just drinking booze right out of the bottles. And oh, doing lines of glow. Well, I don't know is really the answer. I have no idea. I don't think so because I don't remember seeing any of it earlier in the night.
Not to say it couldn't have happened later. I guess it could have, but here's what happens, right? I wake up like we're drinking. We're drinking out of the bottles and then I wake up in the hotel room. I wake up in the hotel room and I'm like, oh, okay, this is good because this was the plan was to go back to the hotel. Was it tomorrow? It was tomorrow. Yeah, like the sun was creeping in the windows and I was like, oh, and I kind of like turn my head. My wife is in the same bed as I am, which also good sign. Right. Right. And as I move, she goes, hey, just give me like 10 more minutes and then we'll get up and we'll get ready and we'll go to your aunt's house for breakfast, which was also the plan. And I'm like, oh, geez, she was kind of nice. Like she doesn't sound mad at me for getting black out drunk. So sometimes what can happen is I will forget things that happened the night before, but other people are like, we didn't know you were that drunk. Like you were just sitting like chilling out.
So up there's Kelly. He's like, no. So I look around the room. I'm like, there's my wallet. There's my glasses. There's my hat that I wore there like all this is great. Okay. All right. Yeah. I'm getting away with one. Then my cousin calls and goes, hey, Frodo, I have your shoes. So when you get to my parents house, you can have your shoes back. So I, I left my cousin's house probably under duress and just refused to take my own shoes with me to the point where the people, I think I left with with Kelly and my and Kyle and his wife Allison. And we got in, I got into an Uber, right, a stranger's car with no shoes. Barefoot. And then and then got out of that Uber and walked into our hotel. Barefoot. Yeah. That means that, you know, we, we get up, we shower, we get ready. And now I have to walk out of the hotel.
Barefoot. So I'm just like, oh, oh, oh, oh, barefoot or socks on. Barefoot. Oh, no socks. I think that's an, right, also my socks were with my shoes. So I was like, okay, clearly, I'm not getting away with one. Was there some sort of shoeless situation? Like, what I mean, it was like a tipping party. So like in the pool, in the pool and out of the pool and in the pool and out of the pool. So like, I'd again, I wasn't there anymore. I just want to come back tomorrow, fuck my shoes. I don't know that there was a real thought process from what I understand. No, I was, I was pretty nonverbal at that point and colorblind. They tell me they had me playing a game in the Uber or the cab or something. And trying to see if I was colorblind. And apparently I was. I'm not colorblind.
I'm not. I like see all the colors. I just that night, the brain was not braining because it had shut off. Was it that show? Was it that show where they were doing the questions and the taxi for money? I did find yourself on the Steve. I don't think so. Do you remember that show? Yeah, cash cab. But no, I didn't wake up with any extra money in my pocket. I'm gonna say no. Okay. Come on. I was just asking all the questions. So I was just talking, Brian, like I was really struggling yesterday. Not even like I felt like I was just off because you I abused my body. And you turned into the other guy and you haven't turned into him in a while. So we shall not say his name. I mean, what's what's a while? Like at least two weeks. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Why? It was. Yeah. I'm giving a last year.
And that was after the. Yeah. Yeah. I deserve that one. So that was insult. Yeah. We. This morning, I got to the gym. I'm like a little off. I just I know. I know it's my own fault. And I know that you're getting going to fix it, but it probably won't hurt. Right? Yeah. Like a Kelly and I water and grab some lunch. Maybe a maybe a little drinky poo. Little drinky poo. Yeah. Things get right. I mean, you're the one who's main believer in here at the dog, right? Yeah. Well, it's certainly a high up. That ain't happening. Isn't isn't this that situation? Wouldn't you want. Are the dog. You can't get in trouble if you always ask for. Um, you know, to be for you. I'm not going to do it again. Yeah. I'm really sorry guys. This will never happen again this week. Next week. Different story. Yeah.
But what are we going to want to get in? I'm surprised. I'm surprised. Yeah. This is what. This family is going for right there with them. My children. Yeah. Yeah. She's there. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm sorry. But I'm going to do it again. Yeah. Yeah. Never. We're never going to do that. Uh oh. Why? Here we go. You know, I think he's on the front. Uh oh. Uh oh. Yeah. Everything's a little slow. Now his audio is turned. Uh oh. Uh oh. Boy. Oh boy. I think something. I think we want to be getting a minute. I've visited him up at Nick this week. I hope so. Yeah. I think I look better. And I do now. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. My computer's at all right. Me late Saturday night.
There we go. There we go. We're back. Like it's all right. I work. Yeah. Right. So there's no one piloting. Right. Am I back? Are we okay? Yeah. Uh oh. Yeah. Yes. Are you? Okay. All right. So if I'm fricking out, we don't want that. So, uh, thankfully, Brian's here because he's back from his trip to Norway, where Brian has. A little funny. He's got his own fun hotel story. Yeah. Go. The trip. Norway in itself. The business was successful, which was great to hear. Very nervous about this for the first time in years. Anything related to work. So that was good. Uh, But the gravel parts around. The actual business of. In Norway. We're just. Just. Just. We're like once a lifetime type deals. So number one. I booked the fly from here to.
Norway. You from Philadelphia. You need the grab a connection somewhere. You need the grab a connection most places. Um. But that's not the only thing that I can do. I'm not going to be able to do. I don't know what I'm going to do. I just want to go back to the start of the day. I'm not going to get a connection. Most places. Um, But for us to go from Philadelphia to Norway. You have to go through Frankfurt, Germany. Okay. So. So. I booking United. And you. Night. Takes my booking. And they move me over to the main German airline, which I can't remember. What. Latunza within the last year, it's bought another airline, a economic airline, if you're more viewed in pointeer of Germany, if you also will, called Discovery Airlines, right? Discover. Yes. So I get bumped from United down to Latunza, down to Discovery Airlines, which nobody's ever heard of anywhere.
Okay. I would get on the plane is like essentially a city bus. All right. And it's tin, it's a tiny tin can, no space, no luxury to it at all. The German sitting next to me is like thick, but it sticks and he is like knee shoulders. Like I felt so bad for him, right? So uncomfortable. So like I am like, I go to the attendant, I go for a take off of a cam, like is there like another eye? I hope he that can move to so you know, my friend here can have a little space for the next six hours with his legs. And he was like, the yoke feet is your feet. I don't like okay. It will be no moving. One is this plane. Right. Now there's open seats, right? But he was like, you all see this. I'm not for you. Yes. And then American. The we're not taking off because like a grandmother wanted to sit with her daughter and her grandkids.
And like because of that, there was an open seat that's lit in that seat. And the flight attendant came over and was like, what's this? It's back to your seats. And then who is in the seat? Like rearranging everything. Like the guy who's like six foot six is like starting to argue with the flight attendant. And you know, I am like, oh my god, I'm going to end up on Instagram. Like here we go. Here we go. What's your way in your brain? I'm gonna say he was not. Okay. So a lot of what do you mean? Why do you have, don't you don't talk to me like that? Like and I'm like, here we go. And so the. German flight attendant is like, everybody must be in the seat so we can take off.
You're all signing seats. Right. So. And this guy scream like, why do you have to be like that? Like I mean, they just go back there and she wants to live there. Why can't we just go? No, no moving. It's going to be no freedom here. Yeah. So your papers please. Right. So the I'm like, here we go. I'm looking at this guy like, what do you stop arguing with this German about things not being orderly before you press it, like, press as that's how that's who they are. It's all they are, right? Finally, we take off, right? We take off. We get to Frankfurt Germany seven and a half hours later. It's like eight o'clock in the morning at this point. I don't know. So the five different for it. It's like one of the largest airports in Europe. It's massive. It's right. It's so massive that you can rent or borrow bicycles, provide the bicycles in the side airport.
Yep. In the airport to get from one terminal to the next. They have a basket in the front. We can put your luggage and you just get the two wheel bike. They're just gling, gling, gling. Although they know the bike is. Yeah, bike. No, I know what I'm saying. Like it's right, but I'm like, it's not like anything. I get there's no sort of like restrictions on it. Like it's not like on like a track. Like it's just go. Yeah, like you're just getting away. So it's so weird. So the air conditioning in this terminal. I don't know if they turned it off. It was, I don't know what was going on. There wasn't any air conditioning in the terminal. And it was so ungodly hot. Like you look like you like just it is dripping off your face. Right. I'm walking and you see it. Part, you know, part like very like middle of this terminal. And but it's. So far away and you're walking and you get closer and closer. You see this cart has like a line of people. They're just lining up. Right. Just like lining up as you're walking more and more people,
more and more people. You're like, it's like what are they serving on this cart? Get all the way up there. Oh, we up there. And I look and I am like, what is that? And it says hot dogs and coffee. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Really. That's a lot of sodium. Yeah. Right. So it's like you had an option of these massive hot dogs, a Frankfurter. What is amazing, the very impressive. That's all or yeah, and I think it coffee now. We I love all three of those things, but not at eight o'clock in the morning in a hot airport. Yeah. And not together at the same time. Right. And definitely not before getting on a flight. No. Right. So absolutely not. No. All agreed. Now on top of that, you know how now I have the pictures of what this we can put it up. But so when you put the condiments on in the US, you push down on,
you know, something that's like the pump, right? In Germany, especially in this cart, it was the opposite. So the up, no, the bottle of ketchup, was hanging upside down with a tube on the bottom of it. Oh, no. And you beat it up. Actually milk. It's a. I must have looked at this thing for like five, eight minutes. How long did you, how much ketchup did you put on your hot dog? Like a lot. Like you just like, I just got a paper cup. Anybody hot dog. So wait a minute. Hold on. Stop. Wait a minute. You bought a hot dog. You bought a hot dog from the hot dog cart. I did not buy hot dog. You know, in 10 years, you're going to be like, guys, you remember that airport hot dog? Oh, my deathbed. Yeah. Come closer. Was there another two which relish?
There was another two, but Mayo and another two wouldn't have mustard. You spent most of the time with the Mayo one, right? Because it was just, you know, how fast I think. You know, you had to work a little. I'm not going on. Yeah. It was possible. You could get a little, they could have been a little tennis elbow. And that, you know, you know, you know, you worked the right. Right. Right. You really want to get up. But yeah, it was, I was, I was, I was like, it was one of the things when you look and it just pull on head tilt. Like you just put the mayo in your mouth. Totally. Yeah. You see something. No, you're broke. I want to find anything I just want, I just want the mayo. Yeah, excuse me. No, no, no, no, no, it's like nine. Sir, sir. That's the way we use the mayo machine. Yeah. Yeah. It was in the Mayo. You're way the truth. Oh, no.
So, do. No way to choose. So, fly to Bergen and. It Bergen, which is known as the York of Europe known as the York Pennsylvania, Europe. Ah, it's not. So it's, yeah, it's very much. So the thing with Bergen is that it. It comes in. It's a main launch point and drop off point for cruises going to Russia and looking at iceberg. So you have these cruise ships that come in. So this water, like the way the ocean comes in, the whole town is built around. It's legitimately like a fishing town. So like if the way you would see in the movies, that's sort of the way it's locked. And the whole entire town is built around fishing and you know, these thoughts. And so I. Book a hotel room in this new hotel that's downtown. It overlooks the water and it overlooks the fish market.
It is beautiful hills and all these beautiful houses and beautiful architecture. And I come into the hotel. Check in. Go upstairs. Go into the room. And I'm like, I'm working with see what view looks like. Open the windows and one window in the in the hotel room. Open the window and the window just looks out the hallway. It's all. It's it. They literally just like, like people walking by with their luggage going to their room. Wait. That's the only window in the room. Only one doing the room. I got book. Oh, sunlight. No. The poor hole to the hallway. Yeah. Yeah. It was like, I was like, OK. And I don't know. For me, like in the morning when I wake up in a hotel, I'll open up the blinds. Just to get natural sunlight. Then. Yeah. So good animal display at the zoo. That way. Make up.
Yeah. I was like, this is. Wait. Was this wasn't like a one way mirror kind of situation where you can see out that they can't see it. No, they could see right into the room. Right in. Yep. And I know that because I noticed a couple of other rooms that had this. So when I was looking on the hallway, I appeared into the windows. Of course you might. You're like, I wonder. I didn't see it. It sounds like a prison cell. Like chunk from the goodies. Like. Like. I'm watching his. I'm watching his. But very. I'm going to get to the. Yeah. Yeah. We guys watch it in there. Yeah. So like. Yes. I confirmed that you. It was two ways. You could take it. See it as I could see out. So burger weird is what you're saying. It's a little weird. So yeah. And the last thing is the funniest thing. I think is that. The. Banter room was all tile. So it was one level tile. Or. And so. You know, toilet, shower.
Think everything is just right there. You know, in the bathroom. Isn't. Oh, there isn't a tub. It's just all tile. And there isn't a curtain. Anything. It's like a little piece of glass that comes out on the right side. But what they do is. Not only do you get the power, but you also get the complimentary. Squeegee brush. You have to squeegee the water. Once you're done. Down the drain. Yeah. Yeah. Because. And I go, I asked someone like, what, what is this? And they go, well, they're like. We put these bathrooms in with the idea of. It looking really nice. Not. We're factoring in the water and where were the water go. And they said, so what happened is. In these remodeled. Water started leaking into the walls. And out of. And out of like the actual room into the hotel, like into the bedroom of the hotel. Because people were deshrowering and just letting it go. And they said, so.
You know, we have to rip all of these. We have to rip off the stuff out in the mean, which is going to take a few years. They said, but in the meantime, we just ask, you know, if you could just squeegee the water and the toilet water. I'm not. Absolutely not. And the toilet. What was your toilet water on the floor? I don't know. They just kept saying. The water. They said they've had incidents with toilet water. Because sometimes it's really close when you try to step out of the shower, you accidentally step into the toilet. And then. It's just water everywhere. I have no idea. It happened in the end, happened to me in Ireland. It was very, very close. Really. You get stuck in Irish toilets. Yeah. Right. Oh, sure. Yeah. It was. It was. So yeah, it was. It was. Then you got a shower again. It was an experience. It was an absolute experience. It was, I mean, it was funny experience, but yeah, I really think ultimately as I'm goes by. The one thing that I will always remember will be the.
Catch up. You definitely. I didn't go hiking this time. You. What's that? I think we lost your audio, buddy. Yeah, I think we lost Steve's audio. He was actually saying something profound to us, probably like a like. I know. And we lost. I know terrible news. That was going to tie this whole. That was going to tie this whole story up. Yeah. Now we got to be awesome. From the mind of Steve. No. No. Nope. No. No. Back to the good old roots of kick out it to. Technical difficulties. Oh. Something this whole podcast is hungover today. Hmm. Indeed. Carsties. Hello. Yeah, we can hear you. I got a problem. Maybe. Yeah. All right. All right. So keep it rolling. But the work trip was good. It's just a very weird town. We're just the hotel was very weird. Could it just been that hotel? I loved it. I love it. I read it. Now. The flights. Back and forth are brutal. Especially at 46. And I'm going to be.
I'm going to be. I'm going to be. I'm going to be. I want you to first try this together and. Well. Others are. For example, to eat you. But, in addition, 88 of the street TWOWS, I. usually help you think about. You think you could. Or maybe. I'd like you to come into your social pół. Especially at 46. I be only. It's a Literature and Po use it. Because you either get up at three au renovating. The catch a 5 30 flight. If she long eyes swell up everywhere, like just like a staple of marshmallow man, it is crazy. Yeah. So it took me like a good place is either, you know, everywhere but yeah, and it took me like a solid day and a half to get all the way down back to like none like yoga, saw on a theme room, everything gowns and yells of water to finally like back to
no more rare. Yeah, like it's right. It sucks. Right. That's a great. But it's just crazy like, you know, everything used to be able to hop on a plane, hop on a plane, be perfect with fine. Now it's like, you can't do that if 40 sticks. Yeah. Sort of conditioner and other. It's brutal. No good at all. I don't like it. I almost have this prep before you have to like start a routine the before you get on the plane like, I can't have any water. I got to sweat it all out and then get on the plane and then maybe I have a heart attack and that's what I made. Why? In doing all of it. Let's not do that. In doing all this though, I'm really writing up my day yesterday was getting messages on Instagram. People who saw that Michigan game thing, you're right. It's all just wrestling. Everything's all wrestling. Yeah, it's not. It's not. I did not see any of this. So you had what happened playing big blue Michigan, right?
Like they are not in the same realm, but Western Michigan was up 12, 7 Michigan throws a Hail Mayor to the end zone. Clock expires before anybody touches it. The game's over, right? When the clock hit zero, the game's over, right? But as that has been the case in every football game ever, ever, ever, fucking ever. And more importantly, the team that has the more points on the board when that clock hit zero usually wins the game. Well, they could have this. They couldn't have this. They put another second on the on the clock so that Michigan could run one more play through another Hail Mayor catching the end zone when the game. Was there a flag on the play? No. No, no, it was ultimately like a professional wrestling like the rest has been knocked out. Yeah, yeah, we're like, we're like, yeah, or no, like this ended wrong restart the match. Exactly. Yeah, that's exactly what it was.
That doesn't work for me, brother. The, yeah, it's better. The the refs came out and said one of the opposing one of the Western Michigan players touched the ball after being out of bounds with one second left. Like the guy was outside the back of the end zone, jumped back in was the first one to touch the ball. That means the plays over. You can't like that ends it there. The game's over. But everything I saw where the clock and that play were synced up shows the clock hit zero. Then it hit the coutan and they're like, no, we still don't like it to the point where like then the league, the NCAA has to release a statement on why it was the right call and they're all like they're all doing way too much. You know, it's not, it's just not real. It's not real. I mean, yeah, there's got to be a thought process that hits you like if we have to put information out to excuse this behavior, why did we go forward with this?
What did they sell? What did they sell? 26 and a half point underdolked. Yeah. Like Dan Erzane, like that's like, I'm like to outright the outright money must have been crazy to from Michigan. And with that, you're just like, it's just so latent in your face now. Right. I just imagine a, I imagine like a Robert Downey Jr. type character with the big glasses on the horn with, with the referee squad and the NCAA like, you know, you know, you can't let this happen. You know, you can't let this happen. Okay, you know what's going to happen if you do this. You know, we're going to have to have another phone call. Okay. I'm just imagining Tom Cruise's character from Tropic Thunder when he was crossing at the, yeah, like it's just like fuck your own face. Yeah. It's so wild that like we're just three idiots sitting here like giving the whole world
an insight like a little inside look at our stupid conversations and our horrible, horrible takes on life. And all of a sudden these places keep proving us right. It's not good for anybody. It's just not good. Calling them play before it happens. Yeah. Because you're like, if even the idiots have caught on to this, people who actually have any sort of power and voice, like, well, it's sooner or later than they're going to actually speak up. Right. Right. Yep. So yeah, that's that's this week in everything is pro wrestling and nothing is real because nothing's real. Yeah. It's really, really, really true. Like were we so distracted like were we not distracted enough by that trial that they had to give us this to? Okay. Let's really screw them up. Let's really distract them from what we're doing. Whoever they are. You know, that there was a similar similar trial happening in Ireland. Yes, I heard about that.
I heard about the exact answer to it. Wait, exactly. We're not doing this right? No, no, no. Yes, but yes. But I thought it was three years ago. Wasn't currently. No, it wasn't current. Well, I mean, this happened in what 22? 23. Yeah, but this is the only one forever. It just, you know, makes the news. I didn't want to make the news and distract us. Right. It's amazing. It's amazing. Look over here. Look over here. I'm going to my kids are 17 and 19. You know, like I don't, physically, I think their mother could kill them now. I think they'd be okay. Maybe like, what do you do? You know what? Putting up rage. You want to put enough rage in her. Yeah, I think their mother could right take that peg. So yeah, yeah. By rage, do you mean, Jim? Burnt. A solid mixture. You could do it. You could do it. Oh my God.
You know what? I think I want to go back to college. Yeah. What? He asked me yesterday, if I wanted to go back to the sales college, homecoming. I didn't ask. She asked you. Okay, Kelly asked. I'm like, what do they even have it? They don't have football up to you. Right. Right soccer. We have soccer. European football. He's a career. He's a career. Freshman girls only soccer. Yeah. He's a good player. They are the only one that played on their freshman. Then we discontinued soccer program. Yeah. Yeah. They all become nurses of some kind. Right. I'm like, what would you even do up there? Like, went to a corn maze? Like 50 times. Go to the copperhead. We lived your 21st birthday. I remember that night vividly. Not all. Not all. It tasted terrible. Yeah. It tasted terrible. Yeah. I just am like, yeah, that doesn't work.
It doesn't. It's just so funny. Yeah. I will be amazing. I still. Yeah. We might need to get a lot back. You're not allowed. Copperhead. Yeah. Yeah. That was a terrible walk, man. Guys have gotten lost in the woods on the way back from the copperhead. Like you had to send out those parties. We go to the copperhead and walk back to the campus from the copperhead after like closing the place down. And then we get back with like less people in the group than we left. One kid fell. We need to fall into a prick or bush somewhere. Yeah. I mean, just let there. That's the end. We had to go find him. Yeah. Wait. Wait. Wait. How can you, if I remember, maybe I don't remember this place correctly, I didn't think it was a thing that would put you to walk to. They put, they built this road at some point in order to get us there easier. Oh, yeah. They, they, it was like, it was like, we have to keep these chunks out of the woods.
Yeah. It was like a spill one lane road. And, and they expanded and turned into like a real street and like the entrance to the city. Yeah. But before it was the, the, when it was like the little one lane road, they, everybody would walk home, but I didn't, I'm not walking home from there. I'll stay in my room. We would glide here. Like, I don't, I don't need to go spend money and then walk home. We'd be high. She said it was like a mile, too. It wasn't close. Yeah. That's not, I've got to point to you. I went to your, I wasn't spending money and exercising. He was just sitting and drinking. Yeah. He was with me and I was working a lot. Just like, yeah, let's go. It's a car room. That money and you were sad. Then you were ready to drown it. Like, the road. Yeah. Down the hatch. Some things never change. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. So what are you smoking today?
Are you having people for a holiday? There. Yeah. I'm doing, I'm doing some burnt ends today. We're going to my neighbor's house for a pool party thing. And it's a little chilly out, but might get drinking up the getting pool nose. Yeah. So there's like pulled poor come in. There's like Marines making these chicken tacos and she made her own salsa. And she's frying some chips. And I'm making burnt ends. And I'm always worried that they're going to go terrible. Every time I turn on the smoker, I call Nick. I'm like, Nick. What do you think about this? And he's like, I just do it, man. Shut up. Stop you to pitch. All right. Get on the internet and get some instructions and do it. He's like, let's get it. Yeah, he's like, first off, I'm not a fucking chef. Second off, yeah. Go ahead on the internet. I also just on asshole. So do you when you bring these burnt ends to parties?
Do you like impose them on people? I do. I have a lot of people. I have a conversation. I'm a people. Yeah, yeah. Try my. They will be in mid conversation. And I shove the tin in there. Just like, go to try this. Like Jesus, you awkward and awkward and autistic. Yeah, it takes good right? Do you like my pertence? Do you like them? Saucy. Yeah. Yeah. So like some guys have a conversation. It's like, yeah, so you know, my son's very sick and we're taking the doctor. And then, you know, I know. I know I'm just like burdens come like writing. I was like, yeah. It's like, did somebody see burdens? He's like, no. It's like really? I really thought mom was gonna pull through the tree. It's. Yeah. He didn't even say that. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I'm just like burdens come like writing. It's like, it's like. It's like, it's somebody's saying burdens. He's like, no. I don't know. right? It's. Everybody will burn it. Yeah. Where's the lecha? We think about this lantern show,
huh? Yeah, I can't believe they got a full of curtains. Yeah. Oh, I want to cut that Lindsey Clancy myself. Oh, that's not a brand. Okay. If I was Lindsey Clancy, I would have gotten away with it. It wasn't with those damn kids. Was it for my husband coming home and finally me in the yard? Oh, I can't. That's nice. Oh, yeah. Yeah. No, wait. Not doing it. Yeah. We can't do it. Who tried to kill themselves by jumping out the window of their house? I'm the second floor, right? Is that the second floor? Yeah. No, that's. You just get hurt. Well, she was what in her 30s. No, she's living through that. Fucking. Man helped. There's a lot of that story that's not making sense. Okay, probably honest. Yeah,
it's just one big sigh up. Yeah. I'm talking to Brian yesterday. He's like, it's entire cave. It's a sigh out. Like not that it didn't happen. It happened. But the fact that it's 100% in front of your face 24 hours a day. It's all that's on the internet. It's all that's on TV. It's a court case. Like it's in court right now. Like, you don't hear it. These things happen. They happen. Like they're awful. We don't want to happen. But they happen. The fact that it's in our face so heavy all the time and everybody's talking about it. It's just a giant sigh out because everything is progressively. It's like they had really, really great ratings when it was the OJ trial and then the aftermath of that. So then everything's got to be it's all about OJ, man. I know, but like the whole idea of like, well, idea of her, the friends being like, no,
he was too emotional and never written by hormones and that's why she'd be held accountable for action. It's like my grandfather said 1950. Like that can't be different. It's like that's I'm saying that's so insulting. Women presidents. And it's just saying that's the most insulting the friends you can use. You know, like that's that's no. Yeah, if I should the friends, she's going to jail. So glad we're 41 minutes in when we start on this so no one hearing it. Just literally the saying like that is like insulting to everybody. Anytime I click on something, you know, on on TikTok or Instagram about this trial, someone mentions Chris Benoit. And that someone is you. No. And they got their kind of similar, right? Like they're both insane and they will fill their families. Yeah, just right. Chris Benoit is an amazing athlete and was more successful because he
tried to come to get it. Yeah, but she can't show like 40 minutes of flying headbutts and say, well, it was because of the concussions. Right. You know what I mean? He shouldn't be held accountable because of all the concussions. Look at this song headbutt. Yeah. And the fun headbutt. And he's saying, you're saying Lindsey Clevsie also shouldn't be in the WWE Hall of Fame. Is that what you're saying? Okay. Yeah. Okay. And I also know, it gets away with it. She becomes a hero. Or has she for them? Has she also wrong Kevin Sullivan at one point or Kevin Sullivan, we need to set her up. But he's dead now. So we can all is he? Yeah. Oh, I guess that's that one's out. That's where it's on the internet. Yeah. Okay. But he has children. Yes, children. This is the last time we're she's like, I want you to find it. Kevin. Do you think Benoit's son is like plotting his revenge against the Sullivan family?
No, no, I don't. He doesn't think that this other family killed his mother. Yeah. And his and his siblings. He's like my insane father, apt and killed them. And by the sounds of it, he was bastard for years and nobody really knew about it. And then he finally snapped. So he died on October 9th, 2024. Kevin, Francis Sullivan. It would be hilarious. It would be hilarious if this video thing sort of controversy, we're probably talking about it. I was talking about Chris Benoit. All right, what's your code? Jericho doesn't what? Doesn't think he did. I don't know about that. I made that Chris Jericho is a corner. Yeah, he's a Canadian carnie. He's like the ultimate carnie. Yeah, he's a rock and roller, man.
You leave him out of it. Yeah, you're right. He sure is. Carnies. Rock and roll guys are all the movies. Look at them. He's a cruise ship, rock and roll star. Yeah, he is so much a carnie. He's, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And that's all the wrestling for today, folks. Yeah, that's it. That's not thick. So yeah, I mean, we went over. We came right up against that band, right up against it. Not like almost, almost kissing it. We almost built it like the Mayo thing. I'm freezing that shot and making that a t-shirt. The things, the things are going to look muppet-steak. Just wait until you see it. I just sign up. I had to take a photo because I was like,
how do you, how do you, he's kind of in psychest. I don't understand like how, how I sit there and watch like, you're not too fast. Be gentle. Easy. Don't be too rough with it. And then I'll give you cups to take it home. You have to like put a rubber. Yeah, little balloon. It's a little balloon, Zach. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Take it with you. Put it on real. You must take this with you. You want more ketchup? So you're ketchup. Next time I'm going to be sur-sir. Come step into this room. We're going to take a quick shower. Yeah. We heard your podcast. Oh, my God. Clean up. All right. I got to go. I got to wrap it up. Hines 57 jokes aside. All right. Fine. All right. We out. Yeah, let's kick out of it.
Do everybody go like and subscribe. Please. We nobody's listening. When we say like and subscribe because our subscriptions went up by like, please one. So like can we get a move on here? They're still up. I have a shower up. They're not going down. If you don't, you don't. Yeah. Yeah. They're going up. Yes. Got to guard. Got it. You probably should. Could you please. I'll. Thank God. Okay. Yeah. I'm. I'm kicked out to. Where's your better? Where's your better? I just heard. Yeah, it would. Yeah. Yeah, it'd be one better. I'm sorry. I should be counted. Why?
