The Bears stayed quiet without landing a marquee pass rusher or receiver for Caleb Williams, leaving them looking underwhelmed so far. Other losers include the Chargers, whose offensive line tweaks fell short for Justin Herbert and the Colts who bet big on injury prone quarterback Daniel Jones and a new top receiver. The Bengals patched holes with solid but unspectacular defensive ads that probably won't fix last year's woes around Joe Burrow. It's still early March with the draft looming and more deals possible, but these moves have raised some teams' floors while putting pressure on others to deliver in 2026.
