I love resolutions. I do. But I love resolve even more. What can I say? I'm a verbs guy. Nouns and adjectives are wonderful. But if we are being honest then we know that it's the verbs that power and inspire all those nouns we love and adjectives we aim for. And that's why we're going to talk about resolutions through the lens of that word resolve. And we're going to talk about how we can set ourselves up to carry out those resolutions we are resolving to do! Too often we set ourselves up for failure when we start a new year. And too often we diminish and denigrate ourselves when we set new year's resolutions. This episode is all about how we can set ourselves up for success by being in service of ourselves.
