New Trial Starts for Baby Preston's Death

Prosecutors say the 13-month-old suffered around 40 injuries inside and out, while with Jamie Varley, a 37-year-old, and his partner, John McGowan, Fizzaccerley, 32. Police charge with murder, plus cruelty, sexual assault, and making indecent images. His partner spacing, allowing the death, child cruelty, and sexual assault, too. Both guys from Grimsarg deny every charge, and the case hit a snag on Thursday, April 23rd, after a long delay to even start. Judge Mark Turner pulled the jury in, praised their focus over those few days, but said some circumstances popped up, making it impossible to go on. Blame on them at all.
