About this episode
SHOCKING: Bobbie Ann Cox, a brilliant and courageous New York attorney, is in the middle of a legal fight against New York’s 2020 “Quarantine and Isolation Procedures” law, which allows the state to conduct citizen lockdowns in a home or quarantine facility without prior notice, time restrictions, or due process procedures available to regain freedom. Additionally, the law does not require the government to prove you were sick, contagious, even exposed to a communicable disease. All this, while a sufficient 70+ year old quarantine law already exists, which includes due process protections. An important and fascinating interview!
