One of the men accused of trying to break into the home of AFL legend Mick Molthaus has been refused bail. New details about the alleged break-in and one of the accused men have been revealed in court. Arrested in a dramatic suburban takedown, one of three men accused of trying to break into Mick Molthaus' home now wants out of custody. of children's toys from a youth center in Dandenong South, and another $20,000 in electrical goods from shipping containers in Lindbrook. The cello's lawyer argued he should be released to attend rehab, saying he'd never breached bail before, but the court heard he was on a community corrections order when he allegedly attempted to break in to the football great's home. There's a clear escalation of his offending police said he's a persistent, prolific thief. bail refused the 36-year-old will face court again in July when Mick Molthaus expected to give evidence.
