I´m a happy, curious, creative and caring woman, single 40 years old, who has chosen to move from a stressful city to the freedom and silence of the countryside. Here I am healing and finding more of my inner richness every day. I was severely injured after a rough breakdown or burnout that also gave me an autoimmune disease in my joints.

Today I work with healing emotional wounds, inspiring and to rise awareness around holistic health and wellness to the younger generation. We need to have inner peace to create a peaceful environment around us.

As a psychic, I work with my guides in guiding and healing my clients to find their inner light and love. As well as my practical tools from my education in life coaching.

I teach about personal development and share practical tools and also my experiences in e-courses as well as scientific facts from the latest research around burnouts, a split mind-building resilience to stress and expanding our inner knowing. The connection between mind, body and soul.

I am highly educated in education, and behavioural science and have 5 years of university studies and a teaching degree. My drive has given me 25 years of work experience in 8 different industries where the common thread has been to guide, challenge, inspire and teach both small and large to realize their potential, grow and live from love and trust. I have travelled to many countries and lived in two. I grew up in the big city of Stockholm and a bit in the countryside. But now I live in the countryside.

I have discovered a colourful creative side and have chosen to let my drive create new creative paintings, sculptures and ideas. I was born with HSP and call myself a white witch or Wicca as I have many strong connections to nature indigenous medicine and spirituality. To make more of life and to make a meaningful difference for people and the environment is my melody.

Since 2019 I have been on an inner spiritual journey. I have put everything on its edge. And answer some questions. What do I want to do, what is meaningful and what is meaningless? Who am I inside and who do I become in the company of others? What do I want to create more of and what do I want to let go of ?
