NC Cops Charge Adults in Teen Shooting

0:00On April 21st, North Carolina cops in Winston Salem are gearing up to charge adults who just did by during a teen fight that exploded into a mass, shooting, leaving two kids dead, and five others hurt. It all went down Monday in a public park where juveniles had planned to throw down. Things escalated fast, with multiple people firing shots, turning a brawl into chaos. Police Chief William Penn, alongside the sheriff and district attorney, dropped the video message stressing they won't tolerate adults encouraging, or aiding this kind of juvenile mess. No other suspects are out there, but some of the wounded might have been in the mix. The two killed were a 17-year-old named Aerobe Romero Medina, and a 16-year-old Daniel Jimenez-Millianne. The injured include four girls and one boy, ages 14 to 19, with injuries from minor to critical. This bumps the U.S. mass shooting count to at least 117 this year, right after that heartbreaking Louisiana case, were eight. Children died.
