From surfing as a teenager in Virginia Beach to leading one of the most innovative tactical companies in the world, Cole shares his journey through elite special operations, founding GBRS Group, and transforming combat experience into life-saving training and gear. Cole opens up about his first gunfight, the brutal intensity of green team, what makes true leadership in war, and how he's using failure and fear to shape the next generation.
Cole Fackler is a former U.S. Navy SEAL who served for 17 years in Naval Special Warfare. During his military career, he was a member of SEAL Team 10 and later joined the elite Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU). After sustaining injuries from his intense deployment schedule, he was medically retired from the Navy. Cole went on to found GBRS Group a company specializing in tactical training and gear alongside teammate DJ Shipley.
