In this episode, I shared a little bit about what it's like navigating life with multiple chemical sensitivities and mold. How I was exposed on my recent getaway and how I was able to handle it.Â
I shared a new favorite resource of mine for anyone who also has MCS and mold issues or chronic sinusitis. I've noticed a number of my clients coming in dealing with mold and not yet aware of it's impact on their current health issues.Â
It's good to know some basic building blocks and ways to support yourself so you can avoid the pitfalls of flare ups from exposures you may encounter. No one wants to stop living their life because the rest of the world can't seem to realize chemicals in our every day lives are a bad idea. I know I sure don't.Â
I also referred to 2 past episodes I did about mold: My Mold Recover (episode 43: January 12, 2021) and Funderful with Cathy Eason (episode 44: January 19, 2021).Â
