About this episode
In today's episode we're diving into a range of topics. Taking back your power starts with naming what’s happened to you.
Well talk about patterns of behaviour which are deeply ingrained in our culture, family ecosystems and societal ecosystems and which we've normalized which are NOT normal - they're abusive!
Once you’ve communicated something several times and it’s been ignored, dishonored, devalued or invalidated - that’s it. That’s your sign to move on.
You deserve better than the bare minimum. You deserve better than being disrespected.
Boundaries are sexy! If you don't set boundaries with friends and family you open yourself up for being abused and manipulated to no end.
