In this episode (236 not 206 as I said in the intro!) Fiona talks openly about her journey through anxiety and anorexia. The transition from primary school to junior school was particularly traumatic for her, as it is for so many little ones.  She offers her story to give hope to those going through similar situations and is happy to communicate with you through either
