About this episode
My intention every day is to wake up thinking of something I am grateful for and to go to sleep at night with the same feeling. During the day I am constantly keeping an eye out for reminders, and a lot of that comes from the adventure I am on, being on call for the Cosmos.

Message from the Mountain — MY HEART IS FULL OF GRATITUDE. Machine-transcribed; use the interactive transcript above to jump the player to any line.
Welcome to this message from Mountain. I'm with you from the Fort Hills of the White Mountains here in New Hampshire. Today's podcast is time my heart is full of gratitude. There are so many things to be grateful for when you think about it. The approaching spring, the daylight now being longer, but then grateful for people. In all the miracles that take place every day, I expect and receive some sort of a little miracle which I'm very grateful for. And I was reminded of that again with two hearts that appeared around the brook. Now I know that as the snowmails they disappear, but I looked at one of them particularly and the bottom of it was filled with leaves, so it was full though. Nature has a wonderful way of supplying us signs that fill my eye. My name is Michael Hathaway and this is message from the mountain. It is my prayer, these words are right and good for you and if you hear them, thank you so much for listening.
