Multiple bills seek to end vaccine makers’ 40-year liability shield, Q&A 187

About this episode

America Out Loud PULSE with Malcolm Out Loud and Nicolas Hulscher – Excess mortality is declining, but people are still dying. Would you say that the excess deaths are declining because we are getting further away from the jabs, and are the people dying because they took boosters? Have there been any studies looking at infants and the effects of a recent covid infection and subsequent immunizations?

If we've learned anything from these past couple of years, my fellow Americans, is that personal medical freedom and liberty are in crisis. America outlawed post brings together the top experts in healthcare-related fields to keep you up here. As you remember, in the eat-of-cove, it is a lot of this vaccine stuff started to surface to the top, and it was kind of weird. It was odd. I think one of the most oddest things to me that was happening, as a lot of these reports were coming out, studies were coming out, and the dangers, and of course a lot of people were in denial still about what was happening. They were being mandated, pushed on people, threatened in your relationships with threatened. I mean, come on, your college taking away your jobs, you can't forget that stuff.

We were right in the heat of that, right, in that crosshairs. Here at the network, we were dealing with a lot of questions, a lot of things coming in. One of the craziest things to me was that liability shield, the vaccine maker's liability shield that they could basically get away with, well, in this case murder, for a better word, right? It was very strange, and it was hard to understand truly how that could even be a thing when they rushed these things to market. Remember, I mean, the EUA, I mean, they were experimental, nobody really knew much. They weren't really given to humans, and they really were given to the rats, I think. I don't know. Of course, I know some humans that are rats, so I'm not sure how that works. But anyways, welcome into America, out loud pulse. It is Malcolm out loud here. What an entrance that is, huh? Today, we've got Nicholas Holcher here. He's epidemiologist and administrative McCullough Foundation. Dr. McCullough is in travel mode, and so Nick, welcome to the broadcast, the privilege to

have you here, sir. Thanks for having me. Yeah, so I said that little nasty thing about rats and humans, but you know what I mean, Nick. It was kind of weird, though. The vaccine makes when I first started to see that, Nick, that they had a protective shield. I mean, how screwed up is that? What was your sense of that out of the gate? Yeah, well, I would just say everything with the mRNA injections was a complete disaster and failure and catastrophe. And, you know, I don't know what word could even encapsulate. I've got to say you're looking for adjectives at this point. You've got it going, man. You've got it going. Yeah, I don't know. There isn't even a word to describe. How do the vaccine companies get away with that, I guess, is what is so peculiar how it even happens that way, but they did.

We know why and how, and Congress did it, but it just doesn't even match up, though, that this was being pushed onto the human race, onto humanity. And yet, the people who were producing them, I mean, you couldn't make that story up, Nick. If you tried to solve with that story before COVID, I would have said you need psychological help. Oh, yeah. Yeah. It sounds like a science fiction movie and how it sounds like a video game plot from the year 2000. And, you know, humanity gets rounded up and injected with a genetic material that makes their body produce lethal proteins. You know, that's literally, you know, out of the plot of destroy all humans. It's a video game I played when I was a kid. So you came and make this stuff up. And so that's what happened. And, yeah, they had liability protection through the prep act declared, yeah, they declared a public health emergency.

And when they do that, all the countermeasures will have complete liability protection. Doesn't matter how many they kill, maim, disable, it doesn't matter. They can get away with it. But there is some being pushed back on that now. Some of the states correct me on this, you know, we'll talk about Rand Paul in a second here. But some of the states have been, isn't there some find out some of the states have pushed back on that? Is that correct statement? Yeah. Yeah. Well, I'd say there's some states right now trying to ban the mRNA injections. Three of them recently filed bills, introduced legislation to classify them as biological weapons of mass destruction. And, you know, distributing them, giving them would constitute terrorism related charges life imprisonment. So, you know, that's going in three states. I believe it's Arizona, Minnesota, and Tennessee. And then there's other states trying to ban them for some age group.

So for example, in tomorrow, I actually'll be testifying in support of a bill in Idaho, which will ban the mRNA shots for children and pregnant women. And so this bill probably has the biggest chance of any bill so far to actually go through. You know, it's obviously not a ban for everybody like we need, but we might be able to get finally some action there. But really, at the federal level, Rand Paul's just introduced a bill that's not going to touch the COVID shot liability. Oh, no. We'll touch on that later. We can go into that bill. But there is a bill by Thomas Massey that would repeal the prep act, which is what needs to happen to remove the life of the bill. When did that bill come out with Massey? How far back, you know, that was July last July. Okay. So, yeah. And I knew somebody did something on it.

So it was Thomas Massey. Okay. But that's going nowhere. Obviously, huh? I don't know where the vaccine cartel does not want that to go through because that would take down all of the, this mRNA technology. They would not want a risk going bankrupt, you know, if they had to pay out all these injuries. Well, Nick, doesn't that really mean that Congress is, I mean, correct me on this, but Congress is protecting the vaccine cartels, as you call them, all the makers and the big farmer. They're protecting them and not their constituency who put them in office, not the general public. Is that a correct statement? Yeah. Exactly. They don't care about their constituents. They just care about who's providing them with money, unfortunately, and that's the situation we're in. Yeah. Now, the Rand Paul thing. This was just recent. Now, this was just like, we can have a go or so a couple weeks back here. This story was out and this was a S, S dot, three, eight, five, three.

The federal bill of what it meant, the public health services, what does this do? This ends the liability shield, but this is only moving forward. Is that it? Yeah. So this was just filed, introduced a few weeks ago. So it's still, you know, it's the past, the Senate, the House signed off by the president. And so, you know, it's far from that. But what this would do is it would end or repeal the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, where all the childhood vaccines, all of those vaccine makers who make those do have liability protection from harms. And so, you know, if children get autism, if they suffer, you know, neurological damage, if they, you know, get Guillain-Barré syndrome, or if they die from a childhood vaccine, you know, the parents, they really can't do anything because of this act.

So this bill would end that. And what that would do is that would force the vaccine makers to actually test their products. Because right now they don't test them, they're, in fact, all of the childhood vaccines currently recommended by the CDC. Not one of them were licensed by the FDA based on a double-blind, long-term placebo control trial. Not one, they just follow the children for, you know, three days, sometimes, sometimes it's a few months, but none of them have, you know, a saline placebo. So, you know, they don't even know how safe they are. And they couldn't do that anymore because then they, you know, they wouldn't want, they wouldn't, they would care about the safety of their products if they faced, you know, title waves of lawsuits. Yeah. You know, everybody has got to, I mean, just, everybody listening to this broadcast has got to see how really the screwed up this is.

I mean, really how messed up it is that, you know, some of these bills, you know, they come to the surface, they sort of percolate up here from some of these cats who are trying to, you know, I don't know what you want to call it now, try to be honest, hopefully, maybe, I don't know. Maybe that's an understatement, I'm not sure. But it comes up and then they never get past, as you say, then it's got to get through the, you send it through the house, the president's got to sign off on it. But the thing is, none of this appears to be on their radar. None of this stuff seems to be of concern. And I don't think it's going to be, and listening to you talk, I, I might get a guess is it's not going to be unless the American people raise really holy hell with them. I mean, that's what I think. I mean, that's, yeah, yeah, we have to start talking about this and just continue in the, continuously, you know, supporting these types of bills that would actually do something impactful, you know, and, you know, I'm convinced of it.

It's going to take some loud voice to get, we're going to have to get really out loud on this, you know? Yeah, we have to get very loud. We have to, you know, we can't give up now, you know, we'll have so many things enter the news cycle every week, every week, that's exactly it. That's exactly it. Yeah. And it replaces, you know, the, the, the, the momentum that was behind that bell. So now there's no momentum behind it. Yeah. No, you're 100% right. And then the worst part about it is, Nick, and, you know, listen to me say all the time, you know, Americans have short memories, very short memories. And it's because we move forward, as you say, the news cycle is, it's pretty wicked. And we're moving forward on other things and other things kind of drop off the radar. And then we sort of forget, and even moments ago, when I mentioned about in the heat of COVID, when you remember, I got to remember the moments and it was fear based. It was such a fear based campaign and the amount of communications and emails and messaging from folks out there, many of you out there that were sending them into the network here.

I mean, I was really just, I was beside myself. But people that were losing their jobs, losing their colleges, losing, you know, their education, losing relationships, grandparents to parents, it within homes, within parents. I mean, the world was so, in an uproar and you were either on one side of this or the other side. Not only was it all wrong what they did, but then they made it so political. But you know, when you think about in today's terms here, here we are in, you know, mid-2026, Nick, you know, people easily forget about all of this. They don't think you, I don't hear this ever come up in this in the way that it did at that moment. It's like, oh, that went on for a lot of moments, actually, because that fear campaign went for some years. It was scared the hell out of people. I think people just have short memories. And unless you get reminded of the pain that we all went through and the struggle and the suffering, I mean, what are you going to say?

We just, they get a, basically, these culprits and these, as you call, some of these cartel folks here, pretty criminal here. They really get away with crimes to society and other things and they should have never happened. It's, I don't know how else to state that, Nick, but it's pretty sad, isn't it, you know? It's a very sad state of affairs that we're currently in. Yeah. It makes me sick, really. So I think listeners have to understand, you all have to understand out there the importance of some of these stories as Nick was saying. And until, you know, I say the Rubber meets the road, but until we really get angry enough, and I'm speaking about all of us, the American people, all of you beautiful people out there, until there's enough anger out in the public space. I think there's just things are going to just keep nosing on along and that's the way it is. And so many people don't get their lives back and we're so up, they get away with no

lawsuits and all of this, they just be able to walk through the whole thing up to doing this whole thing, the way they did. It's, it's almost like you rack your head on this thing and you can't make heads or tails on it. You feel like Nick, like you're banging your head against the wall and none of it makes any common sense at all, there is no common sense here. That's out the window, but it's almost like so unbelievable and egregious, the evil that was happening with all this and the fact that they get away with it all still and you get occasionally a politician who will put a bill out there because they feel like they want to do something and our idiot politicians don't even get behind them. They continue to play it along because why? Because everybody's bought off, everybody's paid off Nick, everybody's bought off, they're all, it's all money. That's why these cats end up, people ask me, even my wife often say Nick, well, you know, how is it these people are so wealthy? What do they make for salaries? Well, they don't make great, they're not like make million dollar salaries in public positions,

they make a hundred and change a lot of them in Congress, that's what it is. Even the president doesn't make any kind of much money that that's, you know, you're serving at the pleasure of the American people. It's not somebody to get rich, but yet Nick, they all get rich. They all get rich. They all get rich. Exactly. How does that work? They all get filthy rich, you know, exactly, they get compromised, they take money from farmer or big food or, or, you know, big egg or big egg, they're being paid off. It's all a payoff, Nick. How sick is this? How sick? How sick? It's sick. That's why there's never any, you know, substantial progress when it comes to high impact, public health things such as this. Yeah, yeah. So I just put that out there. I know it sounds like a lot of doom and gloom people, I get it, but it really angers me out that this continues to go on in the way that it does. And I just, we have to put it out there. And I think we've got to keep, I think we do got to get a little bit louder.

And I'm almost thinking of myself and I'll say this here and I've got to move on to the next story. But, you know, I'm almost saying to myself, you know, all right, maybe it's all responsibility to get a campaign together. I guess something nationally together or do something that we can, and I plant that seed with you, Nick. Maybe there's something at some point we need to put our heads together here and come up with a campaign to get out to the public to really rile people up and try to get some justice here and get some of the stuff turned back. I know, I know. Then there are some people who say, and I get it, like, let's just move forward and, you know. And it's like, you know, they keep doing it to us and when do you cry, Uncle, friends? When do we say enough is enough? And you see the lives that have been destroyed from this stuff. When do we say enough is enough? I mean, you got to really think about this. We all need to think about it. I don't know. I'm Brandon today, I guess. I'm sorry, but. No, we have to think about it. We have to do something now. We can't stop because, you know, people, the people who said, oh, we just got to forget about everything and move on.

Yeah, I don't think they'll be saying that when, you know, the bio land over 3,500 global bio labs, you know, cook up some sort of monster pathogen and, you know, mandate more mRNA injections, you know, we've been talking a lot about those bio labs. You've been reporting on that a ton is something I've been really scared of, these bio labs that are all over the place and our own country here, they're everywhere. They wouldn't even know it. They're in homes. They're in places they shouldn't be in. That stuff leaks out to the public. We're all screwed, basically. It's a mess, really. And that stuff's got to be outlawed and mandated and put back in its bottle somehow. But anyways, yeah, it's something to sheer out there. And, you know, I, when this kind of topic comes up, Nick, I speak from my heart. I speak from my heart and my soul as a person and that's what I do. And sometimes some of these stories, they kind of like, this is one of them that sort

of pushes me over the edge a little bit and I must want to, you know, that, you know, when he gets out the window on Madison Avenue, and he's going to say, I'm mad as hell. And I ain't going to take it anymore, right? That's what happens here, man. Oh, everybody knows that spot, what that's about. All right. Let's move the story along here. And you got a couple of really interesting stories. And these, these will pick us up a little bit more maybe because this other one is fascinating. I'm fascinated by this stuff and I'd like to hear just the guts and the glory on these couple of stories because you reported on these, you do some fabulous work. You're always doing some terrific work here. This one here, and that's the, that's the blessings of the McCullough Foundation and they work that Nicholshire and Dr. Peter McCullough are doing here. I mean, they really are doing some incredible work. And it's a blessing, it's a really, really blessing. So this one, high dose vitamin C cuts death risk from stage 4 pancreatic cancer by more than half. I mean, 54% and double survival time.

That's almost like a head turner. When you look at that, those numbers and you look at the title and the study, there's over 100 studies. This is pretty massive. Tell us about this, please. Yeah, this is very strong evidence. This is a randomized controlled trial, right? So before we were kind of relying on animal models and, you know, laboratory tests, but that's important as well. So basically, the backstory behind vitamin C and cancers, there was a systematic review study that came out a few months ago and they found over 100 studies showing that vitamin C has anti-cancer effects through four distinct mechanisms. So first one's called pro-accidative cytotoxicity. So what that means is it generates what's called oxidative stress in cancer cells specifically and is toxic to cancer cells. And it literally changes the genetic programming in these cancer cells to kind of start to deconstruct

or die off. And it's a powerful immune activator. So it increases T cell counts, killer T cells, which are essential in combating cancers and it up regulates all sorts of other immune cells. It's essential for immune function basically. So that's the backstory behind it. So a randomized trial came out. There was about 18 individuals in each group or there's 18, so there's two groups. One group got chemo, sick there's 16 of them. The other group got chemo and IV vitamin C three times a week and it was 75 grams, three times a week. There was 18 of those people in that group. And in the group that got vitamin C and chemo, compared to the group that just got chemo,

the vitamin C group literally lived about 54% longer and they had stage 4 cancer, right? They had stage 4 pancreatic cancer, so that's so since both of the groups receive chemo, you can isolate the effects of the vitamin C and we can say vitamin C was linked to doubled survival time of stage 4 pancreatic cancers and reduced the risk of death at any time there by 54%. And it reduced the rates of adverse events from the chemo. It lowered liver toxicity, blood toxicity, it basically improved all outcomes. And so I mean, you can't really argue with this amount of studies, I mean, this is massive in the size and scope and I read through this thing, it was like, wow, over 100 studies

and decades of evidence revealed this. Now, seems to me like we're starting to come up with, am I just thinking this up or I just have a feel or a sense Nick that we're getting, we seem to be coming up with a lot more remedies. Are you seeing that? I don't know, I'm just wondering, a lot more innovations, remedies, things that I'll push and back against cancer, are you sensing any of that? Yeah, there's, there's, there's six compounds that have a large number of studies to back them and very promising ones to say the least and that includes Ivermectin, Fentben Dizal, Menben Dizal, so all the anti parasitics, it includes medicinal mushrooms which include corniceps, that's what's called zombie fungus, it literally makes insects, zombies, turkey tail mushroom and racie mushroom.

These have shown in human trials and all the lab evidence, potent immune activation effects and significant anti cancer effects. So honestly, you'll want to eat mushrooms if you can, even white mushrooms, portabello mushrooms or dinner, if you can, nutritional studies show that decreases cancer risk by like 30%. So you have that and then you have other things that have resurfaced, which include things like lemongrass, lemongrass extract and dandelion root extract. In animals, they test that I'm, it literally halted tumor growth, they implanted mice with human cancer cells and they compared the mice who got these plants to mice who did not, the mice who did not get the plants, the tumors grew into these giant masses and the mice that got the dandelion root and lemongrass, the tumors didn't grow at all and so that

needs, you know, all of these compounds now need large scale human studies, they show immense promise. But there's more options, I guess, is what I'm saying, Nick, for all of us probably moving forward. I hope there is as we try to defeat this nasty cancer stuff that takes so many lives unnecessarily. Yeah, there's lots of options. One option I would not take for myself is another mRNA shop for cancer, like they're trying to push now, you know, so I would urge people to have caution with injecting more gene therapy to treat cancers. I think the chances of anybody on our audience doing that is probably I pray, but I'm pretty confident or I hope it's slim to none. I think our, our listeners, our customers, our beautiful people here, they, they surely know they're, they're well advanced in this area that you're speaking about. All right, there's another story. Let's get in here because this is something I want to know about. This is a, a single, listen to this, a single 20 gram dose of creatine, which was very

controversial when I was younger, creatine was that, I don't know, you tell me, but, but anyway, it's a single 20 gram dose of creatine increases cognitive process and speed by, well, about a quarter of a percent within three and a half hours. First of all, it's creatine is a safe for you. Yeah. So creatine is safe. There's, there's first some concerns on potential kidney impacts for people taking creatine, but now the evidence is in a meta analysis came out this year or a year ago. It had a multitude of large scale human studies in it and it did not significantly impact kidney function in any deleterious or negative fashion, even with, with extended use for like a year, six months, it was not negatively impacting the kidneys.

So that appears to not be true, but it appears to be not be true because creatine is a natural compound made in your liver, kidneys and pancreas. It's found in red meat, seafood, so it's naturally occurring in the body. It's not like it's some synthetic agent and it boosts energy. It increases what's called ATP, you know, basically your body's energy source. And so that's why, you know, people at the gym use it, it causes more water retention in your muscles, that's, that's for the gym use. But now there's research showing cognitive magnification with your brain power, huh? Yeah. Yeah. It appears it's increasing ATP in the brain. And there's a whole wide range of research now just coming out on this. But this one in particular was a randomized double blind placebo controlled trial. So again, one of the strongest studies you could have in healthy young adults.

And so what they did, they had these young adults go through sleep deprivation, right? So they were awake for 21 hours. And they wanted to see would creatine, you know, improve anything compared to placebo, compared to not. And it did the, so the young adults that took one dose of creatine, 20 grams, which is kind of a high dose, you know, it's probably not recommended to take that every day. But if you're sleep deprived, you know, potentially it's indicated. And those who took that dose of creatine within three hours, they had a 24.5% improvement in numeric processing speed. So basically all of a sudden they took the creatine, it, it, it changed the bioenergetics in the brain positively. And the brain was working better while sleep deprived. Yeah. College students are going to be looking for this report. I got news for you, man, but especially when you're, you know, have to cram it, right?

So, all right, 20 grams. So, but if you wanted to, so let me ask you, did, does it reveal anything about if you want to do this as a, uh, management maintenance sort of thing, not that you sleep deprived and then sleep for a day or two, and then you have to, you know, not that kind of thing. But like regular people, um, is it, is it beneficial for that reason? I'm asking. Yeah. And there's other studies as well looking at older adults, um, Alzheimer's dementia, it doesn't improve, uh, cognitive capacity in those individuals as well. Um, there's other studies, yeah, not even sleep deprived. Um, you know, if you take it chronically, the standard dose is five grams a day, five grams, um, five grams, yeah, that's the safe, that's safe to take in it. Right. Yeah, that's, that's the dose that's, that's been studied for decades. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And so, but even with this report, I mean, it, it, the inclination is that, you know, you're going to have some cognitive improvement period and stop according to what I'm reading

here. And if that's the case, if you're taking five grams of creatine and you don't, you know, just on a regular basis, that could also be very beneficial. Could it not, uh, for cognitive, yeah, it could, it could is, and, and, and, but the thing is it's, what's good about it is, again, it's natural. Your body already makes it, um, vegetarians will be low in this, uh, compared to meat eaters because meat does contain creatine. So they might see more benefits if you don't eat meat, um, and so yeah, it's, again, this literature is very promising, very safe, um, for improving, okay, take it. Do you take any? I, I do. I take it intermittently. If I see how many grams she take, I honestly, I would only take, uh, two, two and a half grams. If I'm, so if I'm really sleep deprived, I'm like, and I got to take something, you know, caffeine, I'll have a coffee and I still don't feel right.

I'm like, all right, I'll take two grams of creatine here, two pills of it. And it reliably, and I, I noticed it, um, it does seem to improve, um, my thinking abilities, particularly after a bad night of sleep. Yeah. Yeah. But, but again, you could even take five grams at that point to be safe, right? Oh, yeah. Exactly. Exactly. Some people will notice not serious side effects with five grams, but you may notice dry mouth, uh, because again, the water is going to stud shift into your muscles. You have to drink way more. Right. You can't forget that. So it can make you dehydrate it if you don't drink water, but somebody like me who drinks a ton of water, no problem, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. And again, it's been studied for, for like 50 years. It's the most studied compound, basically, in history. So, you know, it's not some experimental product. All right. Very interesting. I like this report. Uh, I want to try some, I think, and see, I've been a long, long time since I've tried

any of that. Uh, but, uh, I think you can only get, and of course, uh, and again, you get the benefits of a muscle supplement as well, right? Yeah. Exactly. Your muscle size will increase by a certain degree within a few weeks because there's more water in your muscles when you take it. So if you want, you know, that's, uh, that's some people might like that. Well, hey, I mean, you know, we don't want to be a total musclehead, but we'd like to have some right now. Yeah. Exactly. You know, we always want more, exactly. All right. All right. That's cool. You do some good stories. I love, I love getting into them. All right. Before we, we, we are going to get on to some questions, uh, take some of your questions on Q and A 187, because some of the good ones here, uh, we're talking to Nick about in just a moment here. And, um, take a real quick moment and tell you about Nashville and I've got a, well, I'm going to tell you about the special first of all, then I'll fill you in, but Nashville, July, 2nd, 3rd and 4th, it's, uh, it's a huge, uh, uh, program. It's a huge conference. It's a huge celebration, uh, entertainment is going to be educational.

It's going to be unbelievable. We are really getting super psyched up. This is a once in a lifetime event to this, uh, Nashville, um, it's, uh, it's called, um, America allowed 250 10 Nashville in celebration of our semi-quince and 10 hallucination to 150 years and 10 years for, uh, America allowed news. And, uh, so it is going to be glorious opportunity here. And there's some pretty cool stuff. I'll tell you in a minute, some of the topics that are going to be talking about there. You'll, you'll just absolutely love it. Uh, but this is going to be something you'll never forget. And it's going to be done so well done quality style. America allowed style. It's going to be really, really fun. But here's the special. I want you to listen now. I got to explain this carefully. Uh, this is the first time you're here on this, on this program. And, uh, this is, uh, this is kind of a gift from Dr. McCullough and I, uh, so to speak, this is for our, uh, our inner audience here, uh, this for our, uh, what do you call it? Your groupies, right? So welcome back into the broadcast we're here with Nicholas Paulzer and excited to have Nick here with me and the doctor will call them by the way is in travel mode. He'll be back with us next week for one eighty eight and but here keep going do some questions from Q&A and all right.

Let me get to the Q&A here and tell you here here we are here. This one is interesting. Your name is mentioned in here Nick. So let me get to this one here and it and it gets into a vitamin D3 something that I'm passionate about. I take more than you what you recommend and I of course I'm a color knows that he and I talk about the vitamin we talk about the vitamins all the time but and but it says here Dr. McCullough you recommend 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 in 2023 when I was taken 3000 IU my chest results showed 119 in G ML right into the normal range was given a 3100 of my doctor told me to cut back interesting I did I didn't know that they would do but I guess I'm not sure. I said that I started taking more because of COVID-19 he said that that the need or efficacy had never been proven hmm okay I reluctantly followed his advice what are the best what are the best suggestions or articles recommended 10,000 IU said I can refer him to I have

Nick ulcers also recommendation or focal points article which recommends 8,000 IU's. Now Nick I take 15,000 IU's pretty much regularly and if I feel like something's coming on which I don't get sick and in these days ever because I take a lot of great stuff from the wellness company but then I'll jump that thing up to 20,000 IU's and knocking on its ass basically I play offense not defense with my health. So what do you say to all that and the 8 the 10 versus the 15 any comments yeah I would say every human being individual may require you know slightly different dosages and you know some people can take 5,000 they'll be you know inadequate ranges some people will take 5,000 they'll be in toxic ranges some people will take 15,000 and they won't even

reach adequate ranges so what you need to do is you know well first of all the 8,000 IU figure comes from a study that literally re-analyzed the vitamin D recommendations issued by our government they only recommend you know 600 IU's which is that which is absolute nonsense because they re-analyzed it and they found out that they literally made a mathematical error it wasn't supposed to be 600 it was supposed to be over 8,000 to be an inadequate ranges and so that's where that comes from but yeah 10,000 IU's it's been shown now in multiple studies to be actually a sufficient dose to have adequate levels particularly if you don't get sun right if you don't get sun particularly in the winter and it's very rarely going to result in reaching toxic levels at that range there's I don't

even think there's a documented case of taking 10,000 in you know suffering no Dr. McCulloch says it's one of the safest things D3 yeah it's very safe it's very safe and so the only trouble you can run into is if you're in the sun all day and you know your body just assimilates the supplemental vitamin D very effectively and then you reach you know very very high ranges you know that's that's the only issue so I guess just monitor your vitamin D levels and you'll get the answer there you go all right I get my vitamin D3 from the wellness company friends and you can go to that to twc.health forward slash out loud gets you Dr. McCulloch and I special programs here and the fourth at the top there stay out loud and healthy in the new year those are the four I take every morning my wife and I D and I take the ultra NAC is fantastic

the magnesium complex is fantastic the natural immunity for your immune system and the vitamin D3 and K2 of course but that vitamin D3 is essential especially when you want to stop off things you know we talked a lot of that about that through COVID through the COVID years but even it's a general sense fighting back these pathogens and flus and viruses out there vitamin D3 zinc these kinds of things the magnate and these are ultra NAC these are very strong and the natural immunity they just build a solid immune system and kind of stop off some of those things right NAC yeah yeah definitely lots of good products lots of good products that will definitely improve immune function particularly in those deficient yeah yeah so again use code out loud and get the discount the 20% off here for our for our super fans as we call them all right John says excess mortality is declining but people are still dying from this thing would you say that the

excess deaths are declining because we're getting further away from the jabs and are the people dying because they took the boosters do you believe what do you say to John yeah people are still dying not as high rates as in 2021 and 2022 it's slowly you know returning back to baseline but it's not at baseline yet so yeah people are still dying in excess as a result of probably significant damage from the MR and injections and COVID-19 and some individuals some people have been super loaded with this highly lethal spike protein they've been injected boosted six seven eight times and then since the vaccines don't work they get infected five times and you know they're just riddled with this very dangerous protein in their body that's resistant to human degradation and

so they will face neurological deficits that's a great point NAC I mean the you know you have this spike protein in COVID itself so you had that everybody's got that in them to some degree as you just say NIC some far more than others and if you got you say you've got if you got COVID and about we all did so you had some level of spike protein in you're from the virus itself from the pathogen then you if you took those vaccines you had more spike protein build up and then and you probably got COVID easier because people took the vaccines got the COVID far easier than the ones who didn't get the vaccine which don't even ask me if that makes any sense but it surely does when the whole thing was a scam I'm just saying uh and so that happened and then if you went for the booster and booster number three and four and five and six and seven he just kept going along with this thing now you had more spike protein build up and you kept getting sicker and but that would ravage the body body NIC that would that would be tough wouldn't that be tough to fight off you know right yeah very tough very very tough that and you know we know that these cardiac

arrests and cancers and strokes and heart attacks you know heart damage all this stuff unfortunately can result in a shortened lifespan and so we would expect to see more people die take the spike in normal take the spike the detox the from Dr. McCullough take the three and one take some of the things I just talked about for your immune system and fight it back and take it hard and get out and walk and get out and you got to build your lifestyle and you're and you just have to fight it back you got to fight back for yourself you know you got to clear out the spike and you know exercise is big reduces your risk of death dancing death all sorts of things you've got to walk yeah you got to sweat got to sweat yeah got to sweat it off and McCullough says that all the time get out of sweat or put some oldies on you remember that all sweat to the oldies or something like that but you got to sweat just the same all right there's the next one

it now it's a little bit longer and there's a few questions in here but let me take this a little slower she's sent us in a couple of times I want to I want to do this one Gwen my grandson recently had COVID at the age of 15 months okay you're with me neck right 15 months or grandson we have reason to believe that he caught a variant from China as his mother had been exposed at work by someone who had symptoms symptoms recently traveled became it was sick for three days he was sick for three days and ran a fever for a day or so symptoms included coffin and congestion my question deals with the regular vaccine schedule I've been unsuccessful in my efforts to convince his parents to delay the regular vaccines they have pushed them back by a month or so each time he used to for 15 months 15 months shots later this month have there been any studies looking at infants and the effects of a recent COVID infection is subsequent immunizations how long does it take for the body to fully recover from the COVID infection so that first one any very studies

looking at infants and the effects of recent COVID infection is subsequent immunizations there had been some studies out there Nick on that I believe is that correct not off the top of my head that I can think of no I'm not on that no in fact I don't even know if they have done one there's very limited studies on these young children all the young ones okay yeah well you say 15 months old right yeah this is this kid yeah so I'm not I'm not aware of any studies in that context but what I would say is you know in a child that faced an illness you know they're not going to be their body's not going to be in a great state their immune system will not be in the greatest state to then you know take in a massive battery of toxins from a vaccine that can cause other sorts of problems and you know you know I can't give you know medical advice

but you know if it was my kid I probably would not give him would not give him a vaccination at this point in time and knowing now what I know about the childhood vaccines you know knowing that they're largely untested and now we're finding evidence of increased death risks among infants fatalities cardiac arrest seizures autism all sorts of terrible serious adverse events are now being uncovered I would definitely delay on those well you're right no we don't get medical advice here to be sure you're correct when you say that and we do say that here and there to remind people because you've got to consult your own physician and your own personal situation everybody's different so this is a show of education we're educating a larger group of us too and you know

but it's a personal thing it nuances change from person to person situation to situation so you can't give personal you can't give medical advice directly on that but you know Dr. McCullough speaks about that all the time in the same capacity that he's he we've been reporting for several years that to back off with some of the vaccines what's the recommendation to for you to consider but again you have to consult with your with yourself and with your physician and make your own determination but that has been pretty well suggested here Nick to be sure but you know and I misspoke because I wasn't when I said that question I wasn't thinking of the 15 month that kind of escaped my brain for a moment even though that was the premise of this question you're exactly right and so I because on the for adults and stuff they're that's a different animal there is some more information to stuff but for the little ones like that they really wasn't uh and then she they ask here Gwen asks is there additional risk given a alive vaccine the MMR at this time um and I think that's a pretty that's a pretty straightforward answer isn't it Nick?

Yeah yeah um if that was my child again not giving medical advice I would not give him MMR I would not want to have him in face a risk of a serious and debilitating neurological injury and or death yeah yeah yeah all right uh that's that one there so let's let's get by that a moment here and let me get over to uh what do you say to this statement I'm very curious to ask you if this from jazz a question says why do these doctors say that everyone vaccinated is going to die within five years and we get that question in a fair amount people blankety putting that question out here uh what you have any idea why they is that's just the scare the hell out of people the why why are they saying that so and there's they're telling patients this wait so do they're telling patients that everyone's going to die in five years that number keeps coming up as questions on

this on this issue who who's going to die why do these doctors say everyone that everyone vaccinated oh yeah again I would not listen to that advice because it's not true we know we've basically reached five years you know I know a lot of vaccinated people that are still alive if they're a member not everyone got the same batch not everyone's going to die you know many people's lives may be shortened uh many people have already died but uh some people will be basically in the clear because they received um basically dud batches and so yeah it's not true that everybody's going every vaccinated person's going to die yeah um I would not let that ruin yeah uh your day and it just come out a lot and you just said it right there you're a lot your batches matter uh how you if you fought the spike protein off if you've got out and grabbed onto your your again your lifestyle exercise sweat uh take the spike detox do a lot of the things

and the ultra nac is also very strong for you that's another thing with the ultimate spike detox that uh fights back at that right neck yeah yeah neck neck is shown to degrade the spike protein directly um so you call it knack i you call it knack i always call it a n-a-c but i i guess that's just me it's a call it to people call it i don't know what it's properly because i just call it knack i've read about knack for years and in my head i call it knack so i can get any knack that's kind of though i never heard of that way i you're taking any knack knick knack walliwack being a dog bone all right let me get this quick one in here to wrap up here this last one is from can a seizure a year after my last shot be a side effect of being vaccinated twice and boosted Pfizer for COVID i hit COVID a few times there have not been any other neurological side effects product event i was not sick when the vaccine happened uh and so there's just asking you know can a seizure a year after my last shot be a side effect of being vaccinated twice and boosted

from Pfizer for COVID what would you say to that knack yeah i would say it's unfortunately a possibility because we know based on you know autopsy studies biopsy studies they find the vaccine um in the neurological system in the brain they find the spike protein there and it's causing tissue damage and other adverse events and we know the shots literally decimate the neurological system when the when they get in there through lipid nanoparticles they uh ray wreck havoc and we've published multiple studies on this in fact one of our own macala foundation scholars um she got Pfizer and you know now she's she was paralyzed she's recovered a bit but you know she needs a wheelchair sometimes and she has these seizure attacks now um that are very debilitating she didn't have them before and so this is a very real possibility uh nick uh thank you okay it's a wrap here on america
