This film revolves around a man who starts to become obsessed with a book titled "The Number 23". He soon starts connecting everyday events of his life with the number 23 and chapters within the book. 

This is a physiological thriller that emphasises the issues involving gematria and "looking for numbers". If you are looking for something it is very easy to find.
