About this episode
This week I speak with Dr. Kelly Starrett who is a coach, physical therapist, two-time New York Times &
Wall Street Journal bestselling author, speaker, and co-founder of The Ready State, the world's
most comprehensive collection of guided movement, mechanics, and mobility instructional
videos.
We unpacked the topics of performance and durability, living in alignment with our biology.
We share our definitions of Health, things we’ve learned on our journeys to date and the importance of helping humans take better care of themselves which is what he aims to do with his new book, Built To Move.
We talked about training balance, doing basic maintenance on ourselves and the importance of looking at things like sleep and food when seeking to improve physical health.
I really enjoyed speaking with Kelly and hope you enjoy listening.
