Mother of Two Found Murdered in Derry

Police arrested a 30-year-old man on suspicion of her murder and he remains in custody as investigations continue. The suspect is believed to have fallen from foil bridge that same day with forensic teams examining a vehicle at the scene. Police are keeping a presence in the area and urging anyone with information to call 101, quoting reference 469 from March 21st, 2026. Amy's family describe her as a loving mother to her children, Rhea and Ronan, with a cheerful personality and a job caring for the sick and elderly.
