Mother Mary's Post-Election Message & Meditation for Scary Times

This is a very personal episode. Honestly, I was a little hesitant to share it. But Mother Mary asked me to share my personal experience because She felt it would be helpful to other highly sensitive souls, so here goes.

In this episode, I share how the election results impacted me, and the miraculous message I received from Mother Mary. I share Her message in a meditation so you can receive Her healing words too.

Key Learnings:

1. When you experience a BIG emotional response to something…wait. Chances are there are old hurts or unresolved feelings that are coming to the surface. It is important to honor those feelings, but not to make big decisions until they subside.
   
   

2. I see the election results through the eyes of addiction and twelve-step recovery. Knowing that has given me enormous freedom and peace, and has helped me accept a choice I don't understand.
   
   

3. Just when I was feeling most distraught, I heard and felt Mother Mary's message to Juan Diego, as if She was whispering it in my ear. "Am I not here who am your Mother? What else do you need?"
