Mortgage Banker, Gabe Whitmer, sheds light on recent changes in lending

Gabe Whitmer is a Mortgage Banker for First Bank of Tennessee.  He lives with his wife and 2 kids in Chattanooga, and is also an active real estate investor. 

Gabe has been helping Americans living abroad, both with the Foreign Service and other expats, obtain loans on investment properties since 2016.  He and his team have a 'can-do' attitude and believe providing great customer service.
