Morris' Sentence: Too Short for Victim

Former Gateway Church pastor, Robert Morris, just got out of prison after serving six months

on five felony counts of child sexual abuse.

He pleaded guilty back in October 2025 and now faces not-and-a-half years' appropriation.

The abuse started back in 1982 when his victim, Cindy Klimashire, was just 12 years old.

She called the sentence too short, but said it beat dragging through a long trial that

would drain even more of her energy.

her to trust in something bigger than any church leader.
