Investigators from the Northern tornadoes project will be in the region today to assess the damage from yesterday's storms. CTV News as a tornado may have touched down in Wheatley. There are still hundreds of power outages in the Wheatley area this morning. Chatham Camp Police have arrested five people and recovered stolen commemorative plaques following a two-week investigation. Police say the intelligence unit searched three homes in Chatham and discovered an estimated $24,000 worth of fentanyl. That investigation is ongoing. A chat of man accused of murder could finally see his case go to trial this fall. The two-week trial for Ken Bayless has been tentatively scheduled to start November 8th. He was charged with second-degree murder in 2023 after Daniel Martian was found dead at a home in Tilbury. He spent 20 years since a young soldier from the area made the ultimate sacrifice.
