I recorded this one at the river, just after breakfast ( that tasted like soap ).
I am now one week without coffee
and it hasn't been easy.
Life is still an emotional mental and physical rollercoaster. I am sure many of you can relate. Not much happening on the creative front but I'll keep taking baby steps, trying not to be too hard on myself.
