In Episode #31, we bring you more low cost, or no cost, prepping ideas.
We begin with exercise - we just need to get moving and get healthier. Here's some things to help, which don't feel so much like exercising.
Developing relationships - we as a society no longer know our neighbors, much less the people in the neighborhood. These are our first line of help in a disaster.
Collecting things we have around the house which may have usefulness in a disaster or other SHTF situation costs nothing. You'll discover things you forgot you had. Organize them so you will know where they are when you need them.
Learning skills is not enough. We have to practice our skills. Build a fire. Cook on it. Practice identifying plants.... especially the ones that will hurt you. Go hunting or fishing. Even if you aren't out for food, it's relaxing and good for the soul.
Purge stuff - is your garage, prepper closet, or shelves crowded with things you no longer need, no longer work, or are just in the way. Throw out the junk and consider selling or giving away no longer needed items.
