The team kicked off phase one of their voluntary offseason program this week, giving Monkin his first shot to rally the returning players. No on-field drills yet, but he can run a special veteran mini-camp right before the draft from April 21 to 23rd, leading into organized team activities starting May 19th. Browns fans aren't sold on the hype around Watson taking the starting spot.
