About this episode
From Hawaii to Hollywood, Kelly Hu, is an actress, voice-over artist, former fashion model, and beauty queen. After being crowned as Miss Hawaii Teen USA and Miss Hawaii USA, Kelly's journey brought her to Los Angeles where she discovered her love of acting. You may have seen her as China White in the hit television show, Arrow, or as Lady Deathstrike in X-Men 2, and many other movies & television shows too numerous to mention.
Kelly, influenced by a frugal upbringing, began her investment portfolio at the ripe young age of 8. Here she learned her most valuable life-long lesson: trust your gut. She confides how some of her investment choices may have been a little unusual, but her instincts proved her right and paid off in the end.
And while Kelly is most happy when she is traveling abroad, she notes that one does not need much to be comfortable and to survive in this world. Have a listen as Kelly and Bob talk money, travel and life. @KellyHu
