There are 4 major transits happening between the ages of 37 - 45 (ish). On this weeks episode we talk about three of these as Laura is right smack in the middle right now.

We cover fears, poop-analogies, yes we also future trip majorly. And swap energies as Laura goes from anxious to calm through the episode, and Helena the other way around when she sees what is approaching in a couple of years.

And like we say in the episode.. dont get scared of our reactions. We are only humans having human reactions to change. And we do not encourage future tripping (get scared of something ahead of time).
