Even with two lay season defeats heading into the NCAA tournament, coaches see their finish as a strong over achievement. Michigan leads the Big 10 Pack at number 3 after falling to Purdue in the conference final. Depositions them as the highest ranked team from the league. Illinois dropped to number 12 following their early tournament exit. Purdue jumped five spots to number 13 with their Big 10 title. Juan Nebraska sits at number 14 and Wisconsin rounds out at number 20. These rankings give a clear picture as the Spartans and the rest of the conference gear up for March man's action.
