We are only nine rounds into the AFL season but that was enough for Michael Voss to decide he's had enough. Mick Malthouse has lived a version of this so we ask him about the pressures that leading the Blues comes with and who the club might have in their sights to take over the role full time. Carlton have been known for chasing big names to lead the club and there is currently no shortage of experienced coaches on the market but history will tell them that hasn't worked out in the past. What can they gain out of season 2026 as the search begins for their next senior coach?
