00Shalom beloved, your world comes to another episode of the morning glory devotion. God bless you for making time to study God's word with us this morning. Pre-released to be facilitating this episode is Sharon Asan from Harvard Shapo International. Let's share a word of prayer. Father, please shed light on your word. Minister to our hearts and let us leave here and encourage in Jesus' name, in real. Let's take our confession from Joshua, Chapter 1, Verse 8.

01This book of the law shall not depart out of our mouths, but I shall meditate in its day and night as I may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then, I will make my way prosperous and then I will have good success. Amen. Today's episode is titled An Invitation to Rists. An Invitation to Rists. We'll take our first scripture reading from Mark Chapter 5, Verse 25 to 27, and 29. Let's read. Now, a certain woman had a flu of blood for 12 years and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better but rather grew with. When she heard about Jesus, she came behind him in the crowd and touched his garment, immediately the fountain of her blood

05was dried up and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. Amen. Our second Bible we don't be taken from Matthew Chapter 11 from Verse 28 to Verse 13. Come to me, all of you who are weary, embedded, and I will give you rest, take my yoke upon you, and learn from me because I am lulli, and humble, and heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Amen. An invitation to rest. We are three months into the year, and maybe things don't look the way you hoped they would, because our one goals haven't been met. You feel like you can't catch up with dead light and you are still trying to find balance. Exams are fast approaching and you feel behind.

08There are things you said you'd achieved last year, and somehow you are still not there. Life might feel overwhelming right now, you might even be on the verge of giving up. Let's consider this. In our anchor scripture, this nameless woman had tried everything. She was exhausted, out of options, and at her breaking point. Yet she summoned the courage to do something bold, and socially unacceptable, and reached for Jesus in every. That's made all the difference. Jesus extends the same invitation to us. He puts us to come, no matter how tired, burdened, anxious, overwhelmed, or one else we may be. He doesn't require that we have it all together before coming. He just acts that we come. In an exchange, he offers us rest.

09God sees us struggles and understands our weaknesses. He is able to empathize with what we are struggling with and decides that we thrive, excel, and enjoy life. He also knows that the quality of life he'd have us enjoy his surface when we do it on our own, until he makes a call and proposes an idea to us. Bring me your burdens and take what I give you instead. My yoke is easy, my burden is light, and I know you can carry it. We love it. God can handle whatever you are facing. Don't isolate yourself and try to figure everything out on your own. We have a high priest, Jesus, who understands exactly what we are going through, and is always ready to help. Amen. Let's take our memories from 1st Peter chapter 5 verse 7, and I'm reading from the

12Passion translation. 1st Peter chapter 5 verse 7, 4 hours all your worries and stress upon him and leave them there for he always tenderly cares for you. Amen. We love it. Let's share a word of prayer. Thank you God that you see our weaknesses and still call us to come anyway. Help us to remember these truths as we go throughout our day and for the rest of the week. We thank you in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. God bless you so much for joining today's episode. We stay tuned to video HCI today for more spirit-filled content. Shalom.
