Sidebean — Meta ties employee performance to AI usage | Sidebean. Machine-transcribed; use the interactive transcript above to jump the player to any line.
So, MADA is now coming up with a whole new, like, someone new EG is for employee performance. They have this new AI driven impact metric that you have to fulfill. And also they have a new AI performance assistant. Basically, your performance review at MADA now requires you to use AI and rewards you for using more AI to to do more automation that might or might not replace you. A few months into the future. The move is to just, you know, with each review, just be like, yeah, this AI sucks ass at my job. It's bad at it. Yep, it's just blowing it. Yeah, yeah, just keep telling it that it sucks until it until it revolts maybe. Yeah, at least you're not getting fired. Yeah, and plant hallucinations in it, just give it confusing, conflicting things to look for and goals. If you want to keep your job, just do that. At least until you call it, right? Exactly. Exactly. Yeah, that's so smart now. Are you?
