About this episode
In the final episode of the 8th Season, I would like to talk about an important and imperative to one's well-being topic of mental health. Inspired by a recent discussion with my friend and recognizing the landscape of suffering on the plane of mental health in our time, I am going to approach the subject by reflecting on my healthcare habits. I will also invite you to consider what it means 'to be truly listened to' and raise an important question of 'what should one do to help their loved one's mental health struggle…?'
I hope this episode will be a great addition to this Season's wagon of goodness and that through discussing this topic deeper we can help people around the world be less anxious, more joyful, and further from the despair of depression.
Of course, as always, I will give you a few nudges of inspiration to challenge yourself this week.
Thank you for staying tuned and I look forward to seeing you in the next Season.
All the love, all the power, all of the time…
