Sam Mack is in Melbourne this morning celebrating the NFL and everything else Melbourne at the bottom. Yeah, we are in Melbourne, Australia. We are live the American donut kids and the Aussies are really getting behind this. We've got Belinda. Hi. Hi. How you doing? How's it all about it? Well, we've been a staple here for 76 years now and we're partnering with the 49ers. So we are super pumped to welcome all the international visitors. OK, I'm going to drop the American accent now. Now, this is really cool. You guys, as you mentioned, 75, 76 years and institution here. We can see, I love that you can see them in action making it. Tell us about the process. So they got here early to make them process more. Yeah, absolutely. So we mixed the dough the day before. It proofs overnight and then they cut out the donuts here in front of our customers. So there's a theater that's involved in it. And then they cooked fresh on-site, injected with jam, rolled in sugar and then served to our customers. It's only fresher than that.
I want to be injected with jam. No, I don't. But you've got the American star spangled banner playing in the moment. You really theme it up. Does that just play in a loop 24 or 7? Of course. Brilliant. Well, I'm upstanding. Let's do your weather. Sunrise River brought you by Beacon. When you're a VIP, you save 20% on the newest collection of lamps, globes and homewares, always sign up for free today. Brisbane, shower on 222, Sydney, cloudy, 18, camera, sunny, 18 degrees, Melbourne, partly cloudy, 15, Hobart, mostly sunny, 18, avalade, sunny, 19, Perth, mostly sunny, 23, Darwin, sunny and 34. So there's a limited edition donut as well. Can you tell us about that? Yes, absolutely. So we've got our Niners pack. We're doing custard, so there's four custard and then five jam. And then the purty dozen is a very special thing we're doing in honour of Brock Purdy, who's the quarterback. One of the star players.
Absolutely, and U.S. number 13. So the purty dozen is 13 donuts. Oh, like a baker's dozen. Exactly. And so it's four custard and nine jam, four plus nine, 49 is equal 13. Oh. Yep, I'm just doing the maths. Yep, you're absolutely correct. And that's the kind of thing that in the U.S., people would have that for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I mean, we're incorporating the American diet here in Australia. We absolutely are. And we're also sprinting them with a little bit of edible gold glitter. A little bit of gold glitter. Can we see the edible gold glitter? Oh, I'd be able to think of it. So are these the limited edition, or are these the standard? Oh, they're gold. Can you see that, guys? Oh, look at that. That is amazing. Oh, that's perfect for the heart. Is it roughly the two of them? No, the gold is just, it has nice, it's flavourless. It just tastes like the chocolate. It's just like the chocolate. Exactly. Oh, my goodness. Congratulations. I'm well done to the team in there. Thank you. Thank you. They are moving fast. Everyone be upstanding for the American National Anthem. It is NFLE. We are ready.
