Mega Edition: Who was Visiting Jeffrey Epstein While He was Locked Up In Florida? (9/11/26)
About this episode
The Epstein jail logs from his 2008-2009 sentence in Palm Beach County showed just how unusual his incarceration was and how much access he continued to have to people from his outside life. Epstein served less than 13 months of an 18-month sentence, and after only a few months he was allowed out on work release for as much as 12 hours a day, six days a week, later expanding to even longer hours. He was driven to an office tied to the Florida Science Foundation, an entity created shortly before his incarceration, while off-duty sheriff’s deputies provided security. The visitor records showed lawyers, business associates and women coming to see him, and contemporary reporting identified Sarah Kellen and Nadia Marcinkova among the visitors during his first month in custody. Both women had already been publicly associated with Epstein’s operation, with Kellen accused by survivors of helping schedule and facilitate massages and Marcinkova described in reporting as one of the young women deeply embedded in his circle.
The logs became even more controversial because Epstein’s work-release arrangement effectively allowed him to continue receiving visitors away from the jail under remarkably loose supervision. Deputies later wrote that they were often stationed at the front desk or outside his office while “welcomed guests” were allowed inside, and the separate office visitor log was eventually destroyed under the sheriff’s records-retention policy. Darren Indyke was listed as Epstein’s work-release supervisor, while longtime driver and bodyguard Igor Zinoviev transported him back and forth. Later records and witness accounts also raised allegations that women were brought to Epstein during work-release hours, including one woman who told the FBI that she had sexual contact with him in his SUV while it was parked near the jail. Taken together, the logs painted a picture of a jail sentence that looked very little like ordinary incarceration: Epstein remained surrounded by lawyers, employees, associates and women from his network, and the system gave him extraordinary freedom to maintain much of that world even while he was technically behind bars.

What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. In this look back episode, we're going to take a closer look at some of the people who were visiting Jeffrey Epstein while he was in jail. So let's jump right into this article from CNBC and let's see what Brian Schwartz and Dan Mangin have to say. This article was originally published July 12th of 2019. Headline, Jeffrey Epstein jail logs, a accused child sex predator met with Alan Dershowitz, Bill Clinton's friend, and alleged co-conspirators a decade ago. Wealthy Finance here, pedophile, an accused child sex abuser, pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein had a revolving cast of characters take turns visiting him in a Palm Beach County, Florida jail, while serving a 13 month criminal sentence in July 2008, excuse me, in 2008 and 2009.
According to visitor logs reviewed by CNBC on Friday. So look, what are you doing visiting Jeffrey Epstein in jail? I mean, it is beyond the imagination why anyone would be visiting this guy in jail. Unless of course he's holding something over your head. He has him kind of blackmail on you or the flip side of that here in Kahoot's with them, right? Those are the only two options. Those visitors included Epstein's appeals attorney Alan Dershowitz. That's we would expect that, right? Alan Dershowitz has always had a built-in alibi for why he's spending time with Jeffrey Epstein being his lawyer. So you kind of can look at Alan Dershowitz and shrug your shoulders and say, all right, I see why Dirty Dershowitz is there. Dershowitz who showed up on New Year's Day of 2009, as well as Arnold Paul Prosperi, a college friend of former president Bill Clinton, document show.
Other visitors were two women who have been alleged to have been co-conspirators of Epstein. Now, what the hell was Paul Prosperi doing there? We all know him and Billy Boy Clinton were real tight, but why is he here visiting Jeffrey Epstein while he's locked up in the Huskow? What sort of urgent business could you possibly have with Jeffrey Epstein that wouldn't necessitate you visiting him while he's locked up in this stockade? I would really love to hear some quality reasoning behind it. Epstein, also a former friend of president Donald Trump's pleaded guilty in 2008 to a Florida state charge of procuring an underage prostitute. Instead of just saying Trump's name there, it should say a friend of the so-called elite, every single person who's ever rubbed shoulders and elbows together in these so-called hallowed halls of upper-crust society. They're all questionable in my opinion.
He is now charged by federal prosecutors in New York with sexually abusing dozens of underage girls from 2002 through 2005 at his Manhattan townhouse and Palm Beach mansion. Imagine when this was this article first came out how little that they were you know releasing? Oh yeah, just at his Palm Beach mansion in in Manhattan. Meanwhile, this was happening not only over state lines folks. We all know that it was happening also internationally and if you want to talk about back in the states, well the one place nobody ever wants to talk about is Zoro Orange. We know it was happening there. No state investigation. People don't even want to talk about what happened there, especially people who are you know hip to what happened there. People who live there, people who live through it, people who might have you know some kind of connection still to pensions or whatever. Nobody wants to you know kick that viper's nest at all. But the fact is this was much more than just New York and Florida.
Among his most frequent visitors in jail was Prosperi who had become friends with Clinton when they attended Georgetown University together where he ran Clinton's campaign for student body president. Records show that Prosperi visited Epstein at least 20 times. I mean really? What are you doing bro? An attorney who later raised funds for Clinton, Prosperi had his own criminal sentence for filing false tax returns, commuted to House arrest on Clinton's last day of office in the White House in 2001. Now how funny is that huh? How much money did Jeffrey Epstein allegedly give to Bill Clinton? Bill Clinton's foundation and the rest of it. So is Paul Prosperi there to make sure the image is entarnished to what's the conversation about? Why would you have to go there 20 times? Again, it doesn't make any sense at all. While you're visiting a sex predator 20 times,
when it's known that you're one of Bill Clinton's pitch men, one of Bill Clinton's inside guys. You know, a dude rival who was rivaling, you know, Doug Bande as far as access goes when we're talking about Clinton Eastas. A 1995 newspaper clipping uncovered by Snopes.com describes a dinner hosted by Revlon Chief Ron Pearlman and his wife with guests including Clinton who was president at the time, Prosperi and Epstein. Yeah, well, we know that Revlon and Ron Pearlman specifically was a huge friend to Epstein and a big time benefactor to Epstein as well. All of these people who were rubbing shoulders, all of these people who go to these art galas and yuck it up together in front of the bright lights with the poster board repeaters behind them. Every single one of these people, they were all connected, they were all hanging out together.
That's why it's laughable when any of them act like they have no idea what was going on, like this was a well kept secret. Other guests at the dinner included actor Don Johnson, singer Jimmy Buffett and Don Fowler, the then co-chairman of the Democratic National Committee. Boy, who's who, huh? Got all of the big dogs there. All of the people that are going to tell you how bad you are. Remember, these are the very same people that are breaking bread with Epstein and then you wonder why I don't take any of them seriously on either side of the aisle. I have no desire to listen to any of them, honestly. Both sides are ridiculous. You hear the nonsense they talk about and then the people that go out and parrot that shit to continue to divide the communities to continue to make shit harder on each other. I just don't understand it, but there's a whole army of these blue checkmarks out there. Oh, this one, you don't look at this one's behavior because of the other one's behavior.
How about we look at all of their behavior and find that all disgusting? I don't care if you're talking Trump or Biden's son with the laptop. All of that shit's disgusting. You really think that's what we need as a nation running the country, these kind of people? You can find all these people to try out for American Idol. You mean to tell me we only have a handful of people who are qualified to be the president of the United States and all of them happen to be old as fuck. Stop it. I'm done with all of it. Clinton spokesman has said that he cut ties with Epstein over a decade ago and has no knowledge of Epstein's alleged crimes. On Friday, a representative for Clinton did not return CNBC's request for comment. I never will. And when they do, we get that Kandas statement filled with lies that the legacy media still isn't calling them on by the way. So we'll keep prodding. We'll keep poking over here. But the fact is this Bill Clinton has been less than truthful about a lot of
things, but certainly about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Dershowitz spent much of the morning on January 1st 2009 with Epstein, according to records. In a statement to CNBC, Dershowitz said, I always visit clients in prison. We discuss legal issues. It was not a personal visit. It was professional. Now look, again, out of all these people as much as it pains me to say, Dershowitz actually has a reason to be there. Dude was he was his lawyer. Now I'm not saying they weren't discussing other shit. They might have been, but he actually has a legit reason to be there considering he was the lawyer on the case or at least one of those lawyers. Later that same holiday prosperity came by to see Epstein as the Joseph Pagano, who has the same name as a venture capitalist previously reported to be a friend of Epstein. CNBC was unable to reach Pagano. Again, you see what I'm talking about with the financial sector folks. You see what I mean. You see why they're always in my crosshairs when we're talking about people related to Epstein. Without all of
these people in the financial world, without all of these bankers, hedge fund managers, investors, all of these folks that are playing in the big leagues. None of this could have happened because Epstein, his money couldn't have pumped through the heart of the regular financial system without raising more than an eyebrow. And of course you can't have everybody on the take, right? So you go get the big wigs on the take. Your boy is like, you know, Jess Staley, your boys like Leon Black, get them involved with it with the scam with the plot. And then everything seems to take care of itself, doesn't it? Other notable visitors were two of Epstein's co-allege, co-conspirators, Nadia Marchenko and Sarah Kellin. Combined the two made over 70 visits to Palm Beach County Jail record show. Now look, when it comes to Sarah Kellin, Vickers, I have zero remorse for this lady. I don't think that she is somebody who's in a position to try and, you know, position
herself as a victim here. She went into this with open eyes as an adult, you know, hey, look, you might have had a rough, a rough bumpy past. You were a Jehovah's Witness, whatever. How many people have had harder upbringing? I know personally people with way harder upbringing than any one of these so-called rough go of it people as far as, you know, Epstein's co-conspirators here. Now, you know, you have a hard life stop. Certainly nothing in your life that would okay you to engage in the behavior that you were engaging with Epstein. Of course, it's some of the most deplorable shit ever. But when you talk about Nadia, a little different, right? And again, we don't know the whole story yet. Very hard to, you know, find out what's fact and what's fiction. And so what we have to go on is bad news. The fact that she was sold to Jeffrey Epstein at like 15 years old according to the reports. And that alone right there, it puts her in a different
stratosphere than these other co-conspirators, at least in my opinion anyway. Now, does it absolver of all of her wrongs? Look, I'm not the Jerry. And I think that when you commit crimes, there's punishment that has to come. But what that punishment is, I don't know. Now, again, when we're talking about somebody with such a difficult story, you know, background, it's hard because she certainly was somebody who was groomed and victimized and probably had her whole entire thought pattern changed by this guy. Imagine being put into his clutches at 15, Golan Maxwell and this dude molding you and branding you and making you be what they want you to be. And normalizing this behavior after you come from wherever you come from, a place that's, you know, war torn or it's a developing nation or you come from an orphanage where your parents might have
passed away. And you come into this opulence and all of this luxury, you think that this is the normal behavior of people that live like this. And it's very unfortunate that something like this could even occur, honestly. But when we talk about the Corps 4, she's the only one where I have any pause whatsoever when it comes to harsh prison sentences. Kellen, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Beast, was one of Epstein's closest aides in the 2000s. She now goes by the name Sarah Kensington and is married to NASCAR driver Brian Vickers. Nadia, Marcin, Kovah is now a certified FFFFA pilot and flight instructor. Neither Kellen nor Marcin, Marcin, Kovah have been criminally charged. Non-prossicution agreement that Epstein signed with federal prosecutors and Miami in 2007 explicitly said that his alleged co-conspirators would not be criminally charged.
And that right away sets off alarm bells, right? Who has a carte blanche kind of a non-prossicution agreement where it doesn't even name the co-conspirators. It's anyone, basically anyone related to anything related to the case. They're covered by this plea deal down in Florida. Who the hell gets a plea deal like that, worked out in their favor, and then as the government sign off on it. It's unheard of. I've never seen anything like it ever in my life. Alex Acosta, who was US attorney in Miami at the time, oversaw the deal. On Friday, Acosta resigned as Trump's labor secretary amid criticism of his handling of the Epstein case more than a decade ago. Igor Zenovyev, a Russian who was a former martial artist, also made his way to Epstein's jail cell. Now remember, we did an article about Igor. He was an XMMF fighter who was Epstein's bodyguard. And he had some pretty interesting things to say in that
interview as well. I posted that a while back. You can find it in the catalog under Epstein's bodyguard. No one visited Epstein more than Story Cals, who was reportedly his personal assistant. Cals visited Epstein nearly 130 times. At times, Cals signed in as a paralegal. His online profile says that he is currently an investment banker at Tobin & Company. Imagine that another investment banker, huh? Story Cals, another less known player on the stage, a two-bit actor, really nothing more than a gofer, an Aaron Boy, nobody, not a big shot in the whole entire grand scheme of things. But certainly, somebody that was acting as a gofer, the question is, what was Story Cals doing, meeting with Epstein? What sort of information was being passed on? What was he cleaning from these trips? And then, what was he disseminating after he'd go back and talk to, whoever it was he was talking to? Epstein finished his 13-month stint in jail with at least 340
visits, from a mix of about 2 dozen friends and colleagues, and attorneys among other associates, the document show. Two process servers also visited Epstein, as did a psychiatric doctor. An attorney for Epstein did not return a request for comment. Dershowitz and Cals did not return requests for comment, while the other visitors cannot be reached. Prosperi died in 2016, well that's convenient for everybody involved, isn't it? Epstein was arrested last Saturday on the new federal charges filed in New York. He is being held without bail, but is due to appear at a detention hearing on Monday. Prosecutors and a court filing on Friday said he is worth more than $500 million, and in recent months, has made payments to potential witnesses. Of course he did, they were hush payments, and we know that he had all of that money on tap and on hand in the house in the safe, so we can make these payments off. This is how we operate it.
Epstein, who ran his firm out of the US Virgin Islands, historically has had ties to a few of the executives and politicians. Less Wexner, the chairman of Elbrans, was known to be one of his clients before he was first sentenced a decade ago. CNBC recently uncovered a 990 tax document showing Epstein bankrolled one of Wexner's earliest nonprofit organizations, and the funny thing is they won't go deeper than that, but the reality is, come on. You really think Epstein used his own money, or was it recycled money just refundled less Wexner's money into a charitable organization under another name so that they can get the benefits of it? We all know how this works by now, come on. He also was a top donor to Representative Stacey Plaskett, Democrat Virgin Islands, and she recently reversed course to give his contributions away to charity after outrage on social media, so again with Denise George down in the Virgin Islands, maybe she should talk to Stacey Plaskett. What was Stacey Plaskett doing with Jeffrey Epstein's
donations and why was Epstein so comfortable giving her all that though? Maybe that's the question she should ask. All right folks, that's going to do it. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that at Bobbi Kapuchee at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed can be found in the description box. All right, everybody until later on. So this article, like I said, is from CNBC, and the headline is Jeffrey Epstein Jail Logs, a Q's child sex predator met with Alan Dershowitz, Bill Clinton's friend, and alleged co-conspirators a decade ago. Published Friday, July 12, 2019, the article was written by Brian Schwartz and Dan Mangin. Wealthy Financeeer, Penifile, and the Q's child sex abuser, Jeffrey Epstein, had a revolving
cast of characters take turns visiting him in a Palm Beach County, Florida, Jail, while serving 13-13-month criminal sentence in 2008 and 2009, according to visitor logs reviewed by CNBC on Friday. Those visitors included Epstein's appeal attorney Alan Dershowitz, who showed up on New Year's Day 2009, as well as Arnold Paul Prosperi, a college friend of former president Bill Clinton, document show. Other visitors were two women who have been alleged to have been co-conspirators of Epstein. Now, why would Dershowitz be showing up there on New Year's Day? What did that make sense? Did you just show up for all of his clients on New Year's Day or was it only for his good pal, Jeffrey Epstein? And don't even get me started on Paul Prosperi. Paul Prosperi was a dirt bag. A guy that was pardoned, I guess, pardoned his sentence was communed whatever, either way,
by Bill Clinton on Bill Clinton's last day in office. I mean, this is a guy that I've been aware of for a very long time and I knew that he was, you know, friendly with Jeffrey Epstein, but I, you know, the circle is so small, folks, right? When you start looking at all of this, all of these people are connected. All of these people know each other and it just goes to show you that this so-called polite New York society is anything but it it it disgusts me honestly the way that they conduct themselves. We heard in a article we read a while back, I believe it was in the New Yorker from a socialite who is part of that so-called polite society and according to that socialite, does it doesn't matter what you do if you have enough money, you can buy your way back into polite society. And that's how they roll, they don't care. I mean, what do they care about any of our children or about the way we live or if we starve to death or whatever it may be? The polite society doesn't care. Although, they'll let on like they care and they'll scream from
their ivory towers and talk about, oh, how dare you not help your fellow man. Meanwhile, when the shit goes south like it is in New York right now, they all run away to Montauk into the Hamptons so they can hide and that's typical behavior for these cowards. All they, you know, they like to put on a good face, they like to put on a front and then when the chips are down and when they're really they need to live by what they preach and they need to stand behind their virtue signaling, well, all of a sudden they can't do that. All of a sudden it's run for the hills and leave all of the poor people to fend for themselves. It's that they're just the hypocrisy from so-called polite society in New York is it's obvious, okay? You just see it over and over and over again and this last instance of them running away up to Montauk in the Hamptons is just another example. We saw the worst of the worst when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein though, the way that they all looked the other way, the way they were all willing to welcome him back into polite society after
they all knew what he'd done and what he was up to and it all comes down to money and power for these people. Consolidation of power and building even more wealth. I'm not talking about, you know, a couple of million. I'm talking about generational wealth. That's what they're all looking to build. And every single one of them is jockeying within their circle. And the rest of us, well, like they say in George R.R. Martin's books, it's us who suffer when the kings and queens play their games, their game of thrones. And that's what we see from these people. They truly believe that there are aristocracy. They truly believe that there are lords and our ladies to rule over us as they wish. And you know, you have to ask yourself, do you want to be a citizen or a subject? And they certainly don't look at us as citizens. They look at us as subjects. And you see the way it is. You just see how it is. These people that are like dorshowitz and this Paul Prosperi character. Oh, they don't have any, they don't have any qualms about going to visit Epstein. They don't care what you were,
you were I think because there are buddies in high society. Well, they'll just welcome them right back into the club. Epstein's also a former friend of President Donald Trump's Epstein, also a former friend of President Donald Trump's pleaded guilty in 2008 to a Florida state charge of procuring an underage prostitute. No such thing. I hate one. I always have to say it, but every time one of these articles pumps that out, I'm going to mention it. A child cannot be a prostitute. He now is charged by federal prosecutors in New York with sexually abusing dozens of underage girls from 2002 through 2005 at his Manhattan townhouse and Palm Beach mansion. And it's funny that none of the, the Zoro ranch wasn't mentioned in there, right? It wasn't mentioned in the complaint not in this article. And neither is the Virgin Islands mentioned in this article. And I know for a fact 100% that abuse took place in both places, right? In Santa Fe, Zoro ranch, I,
you know, I talk to my own sources down there who, you know, told me what the deal was going on. And we've also heard from numerous other people as well as the girls who were abused there. So I always, it's one of those things that just is up there with, you know, how the universe was created, you know, what comes first, the chicken before the egg. And that question is, that question is why hasn't the Zoro ranch been rated? It's one of those cosmic questions that nobody has an answer to, I guess. You know, where's Atlantis? Was there really a minotaur on Crete? You know, I have questions and nobody seems to have answers. Among his most frequent visitors in jail was Prosperi, who had become friends with Clinton when they attended Georgetown University together, where he ran Clinton's campaign for student body president. Records show that Prosperi visited Epstein at least 20 times. You know, it's funny to me that Clinton, the Clintons have such close ties to Jeffrey Epstein. I am talking very, very close ties. Big time
money, a bundler for them was very close to a lot of people who were big time Clinton allies and operatives were talking Doug Bande, Paul Prosperi, etc, etc. You know, this is something that that should get more scrutiny. This is something that should be a story that the media is running with the same way we see the English media running with the Andrews story. And somehow this story has not found its legs here in America. Somehow people have not really sunk their teeth into this and went after it. We know that Clinton lied about being at the Zoro ranch. We know that. We've heard from several sources and I had someone confirm that to me personally. So we know that he was at that ranch. We know that he was at in the Virgin Islands. We know all of this. And now I'm not saying he was involved in abusing anybody. No girls have come forward and said that. But what I am saying is he has a pattern of lying and they certainly have financial ties with Jeffrey Epstein. And where did that money come from? Did that money that Jeffrey Epstein pumped into the Clinton
Foundation or the Clinton Global Initiative? Was that money made through ill-gotten gains? And if so, that would make both of those organizations who received money from him part of this criminal conspiracy, at least under Rico Laws. So how is Clinton escaping so much scrutiny in this plate in this case? I just don't understand. You would think that the media would be all over this that people with big resources would be trying to bust this case wide open and see what Clinton's involvement truly was. Because if we're demanding that Prince Andrew be subpoenaed and testify, well I think that Bill Clinton should definitely have to testify in this case too. And everybody else brought up in court documents including Trump. But to think that Bill Clinton isn't getting any pub in this and to think that people are leaving him out of this story and focusing on you know other aspects of it like Andrew which is definitely super important by the way. I'm a proof of that 100% 1000% and believe that even more scrutiny is necessary. What I'm trying to say though is
you see the scrutiny that's going on with Andrew and in America you don't see any of that with Bill Clinton. And I think it's a travesty. I think that Bill Clinton should definitely be under the microscope in this case. An attorney who later raised funds for Clinton, Prosperi had his own criminal sentencing for filing false tax returns commuted to house arrest on Clinton's last day of office in the White House in 2001. Again very close ties with Bill Clinton and Paul Prosperi and Paul Prosperi in return visited Epstein 20 times while he was in prison. Now I'm sure that Prosperi was passing messages back and forth for Jeffrey and Bill. We know that they were close friends. There's no denying that. There's no way to sugarcoat that. Just like there's no way to sugarcoat that Trump and Epstein were rolling together in the early 90s at the very least. There's zero way to sugarcoat that. Anyone who is trying to avoid that fact or those facts is playing games.
And that's just we're not going to do that here. So as much as we see that you know um Clinton had these ties. We can't forget that. Trump also had these ties. And what it does folks, right? It's not a oh well a gotcha moment or what aboutism or anything like that. What it does it just shows you how wide ranging this was and how people from all sides of the political island from all bends knew about what was going on and knew Jeffrey Epstein was and nobody did anything about it. So there's plenty of blame to go around to all of these major politicians and all of these supposed power brokers who were hanging out in Epstein's circles who knew that he was hanging out with young girls. That goes for Trump. That goes for Clinton and that goes for the rest of them, especially these donors like Doug Bant and Paul Prosperi. These guys are basically lobbyists. If anybody has the ear of Clinton, it's guys like this. And for them to have this sort of access to Jeffrey Epstein and to think that they're not going back and reporting to Clinton or
they're not being a go between for the Clintons, it's naive at best folks, okay? It is it's naive at best. A 1995 newspaper clipping uncovered by snopes.com describes a dinner a dinner hosted by Revlon Chief Ron Paralman and his wife with guests including Clinton who was president at the time, Prosperi and Epstein. 1995 folks, we know we know for a fact that Epstein was going to the White House and visiting Clinton as well. That's already been documented. So again, there are serious ties there and I'm not talking about from the sexual misconduct aspect. Let me be very clear with Bill Clinton. There's no evidence that points in that direction. My question is with the money. Where did this money come from that Epstein was pumping into these fund to these foundations? Epstein, we know that all of his money basically was received with Ilgat and Gaines. He was up to all sorts of money laundering and shit. We know that. So the money he was pumping to the Clinton
foundation and into Bill Clinton's pockets and into the initiative. Where did that money come from? Because again, this all needs to be scrutinized. Where is the outrage over this? Where is the uproar? And I'm not just talking about from the public. What about from people in the Justice Department? What about people in the FBI? If we know this, if this article has been out since February, since July 12th of 2019 and this information has been in the public view for that long, you need to tell me that they don't know about this. The prosecutors don't know about this. How much more evidence do they need of what's going on here? And how much more evidence do they need at the very least to initiate a huge investigation? Because there's no signs that that's even going on. Well, I will say this though about that. If there is a huge investigation ongoing, the FBI is going to definitely play their cards close to their vest when it comes to that. We're not going to hear any declaration of that. So this could all be being investigated as we speak,
right? And in a perfect world, that's what would be occurring. But we know this is in a perfect world. And we know we're not dealing with the most stand-up characters when it comes to the Justice Department and the current regime. So we can't really have faith at that's happening. So we have to continue to ask these questions until it occurs. We have to continue to bring this stuff up until it occurs. Other guests at that dinner included actor Don Johnson, singer Jimmy Buffett and Don Fowler, and then co-chairman of the Democratic National Committee. Now what I will say is this. That was in 1995. So it wasn't on record what Epstein was yet. But I will say this as well. It wasn't like this started overnight. So even though Epstein wasn't on anyone's radar as a a child abuser then, it doesn't mean that he wasn't up to that. And I have a sneaking suspicion
that he was considering what he did to Maria Farmer right around the same time. So I have a hard time believing that even in 1995 these people hanging out around him they had no idea who he is. But when we talk about just going to a dinner, I'm not going to say that Don Johnson or Jimmy Buffett or Don Fowler were involved in any sort of trafficking or anything like that. We don't know that. But what it does again is it provides a bigger picture for everybody to see how Epstein was welcomed inside of this polite society for decades even after his arrest. But even back then, everybody knew what he was up to. Everybody you talked to who knew Jeffrey Epstein knew that he had these sort of proclivities knew that he was a pretty sick guy. Clinton spokesman has said that he cut ties with Epstein over a decade ago and has no knowledge of Epstein's alleged crimes. On Friday, a representative for Clinton did not return CNBC's request for comment. That's shocking. I mean,
wow, the Clinton didn't return a request for comment. Of course he didn't. He knows. Clinton knows what's up. Look, one thing I will say for Bill Clinton is he is a political animal. The guy knows the deal. He's not going to step in it like France Andrew. There's zero chance. That happens. If if Clinton ever gets caught up in this, it's going to be because of good police work. He's not going to step in it. He's not going to make it easy for investigators. He's not going to make it easy for anyone sitting down and talking to him. The guy is sharp when it comes to politics and there's no doubt about that. Dershawitz spent much of the morning on January 1st, 2009 with Epstein according to records. In a statement to CNBC, Dershawitz said, I always visit clients in prison. We discussed legal issues. It was not a personal visit. It was professional. Easy for him to say, attorney client privilege. Nobody knows what they were talking about. We're not privy to that conversation. On January 1st, I wonder if we looked at the records. How many of your other clients
have you visited on January 1st? Mr. I didn't take my underwear off. It's okay, Dershawitz. We're not buying your story, Mr. Dershawitz. Not here on the Jeffrey Epstein show. That's for sure. Later that same holiday, Prosperi came by to see Epstein. As did Joseph Pagano, who has the same name as a venture capitalist previously reported to be a friend of Epstein. CNBC was unable to reach Pagano. Of course they were again. These people are all sick. And what'll happen is, when they get called on the carpet, their excuse will be, well, I had no idea what he was. I didn't know he was up to that. We didn't know. Come on. You can't hold us responsible. We didn't know. Meanwhile, they're all hanging out at parties with them. You people don't whisper. People don't talk. We see how Jeffrey Epstein was. How brazen he was. How we talk to Bradley Edwards even. You think Jeffrey Epstein was the kind of guy that was keeping these secrets? Stop it. Not among his buddies. Not amongst his fellow travelers in so-called polite society. Other notable visitors were two of
Epstein's alleged co-conspirators, Nadia Marcincova and Sarah Kellan. Combined, the two made over 70 visits to the Palm Beach County Jail record show. 70 visits. 70 visits. Okay. Why were they there 70 times? What could they possibly have to talk about? And also, isn't it a thumb in the eye to the survivors to know that his co-conspirators were able to keep coming to jail and to keep keeping involved in the conspiracy to keep it going? That's what they were doing. We know that he picked up right where he left off once he left jail and we even heard reports that he was up to the same shit while he was out on work release. So what were these girls doing there? What was Sarah Kellan-Vickers doing there? What was Nadia Marcincova doing there? They're not privy to lawyer, lawyer, client privilege where those conversations recorded if so where are the tapes? Kellan, according to a court document obtained by the Daily Beast, was one of Epstein's closest
aids in the 2000s. She now goes by the name Sarah Kensington and is married to NASCAR driver Brian Vickers. Marcincova is now a certified FFA-FA-FA pilot and a flight instructor. Neither Kellan, nor Marcincova has been criminally charged. What a travesty to read that. It makes me mad to even read that. How they got away with it for so long is it's mind-boggling. The fact that these co-conspirators are still being afforded the same sort of protection that they had when Epstein was still out and running the operation, it's it's sickening. A non-prossecution agreement that Epstein signed with federal prosecutors in Miami in 2007 explicitly said that as alleged co-conspirators would not be criminally charged, that's Epstein living up to his end of the bargain. That's Jeffrey Epstein paying in spades. That's Epstein letting these girls know that you keep your mouth shut and
I will keep you protected and I will keep that bank account fat and hell you can even go have offices in the building at 66th Street that my brother owns. That was all part of their package, their benefits. That's why they all kept quiet. That's why none of them talked. That's why they all closed ranks around Epstein but now that Epstein's gone now that their security blanket has been ripped away from them. Well it's time. Now is time Mr. Burman. Alex Acosta who was US attorney in Miami at the time oversaw the deal. On Friday Acosta resigned as Trump's Labor Secretary amid criticism of his handling of the Epstein case more than a decade ago. Now remember this is an article from July of 2019. Igor Zionovev, a Russian who was a former martial artist, also made his way to Epstein's jail cell. Well we know that he was Epstein's security guard and we heard what he had to say when Bradley Edwards penned those columns for the Daily Mail so we know that Igor was definitely
involved. Igor was his security guard and according to Igor remember he does not believe that Epstein killed himself. No one visited Epstein more than story cows who was reportedly his personal assistant. Cows visited Epstein nearly 130 times. At times, cows signed in as a paralegal. His online profile says that he is currently an investment banker at Tobin & Company. Isn't that nice? He signed in as a paralegal huh? I bet you he was doing that for one reason folks. Attorney client privilege. This is another guy that we have not talked about nowhere near enough on the podcast. Story cows is another one of these shadowy figures that was brought in and was working as one of these assistants with Jeffrey Epstein. Another man who has not been questioned, subpoenaed, brought to heal. None of it. Still running around. I have an fantastic life I'm sure. Epstein finished his 13 month stint in jail with at least 340 visits from a mix of about two
dozen friends, colleagues and attorneys among other associates the documents show. Two process servers also visited Epstein as did a psychiatric doctor. An attorney for Epstein did not return a request for comment. Dershowitz and Cows did not return a request for comment while the other visitors could not be reached. Prosperi died in 2016. Epstein was arrested last Saturday on new federal charges filed in New York. He is being held without bail but is due to appear at a detention hearing on Monday. Prosecutors in a court filing on Friday said he is worth more than 500 million and in recent months has made payments to potential witnesses. Yes he has. We know we know that that's what he did. He spread that dough around. That was his MO. That was the same way he got these politicians locked in at first. That was the same way he was provided with enough room to make sure that he was able to finesse his way around the legal system. Then you add the extra layer on top of that. The intelligence aspect of making sure that their asset, their golden cow,
their big time information producer isn't caught up. Well you have yourself the perfect storm and the perfect vehicle for this disgusting man to go about his devious, horrible way of life. Epstein who ran his firm out of the US Virgin Islands historically had it as had ties to a few wealthy executives and politicians, a few wealthy executives. Less Wexner chairman of the Al of El Brands was known to be one of his clients before he was first sentenced a decade ago. CNBC recently uncovered 990 tax documents showing Epstein bankrolled one of Wexner's earliest non-profit organizations. I wonder where that money come from. I'm sure that money was all made legit. I'm sure that money wasn't longured. I'm sure that money wasn't ill gained. I'm sure that money had nothing to do with the criminal enterprise, nothing at all. He was also a top donor to representatives Stacey Plaskett of the Virgin Islands and she recently reversed course to give
his contributions away to charity after outrage on social media. Again, this is why the fact that Denise George thinks the Virgin Islands should get any of this dough drives your boy wild. That should not occur. That should not happen. The Virgin Islands had a top donor to Stacey, representative Stacey Plaskett was Jeffrey Epstein. And do you think that money was out of the kindness of his heart? He truly believed in her platform. He believed in her vision for the Virgin Islands or was it to provide himself with a little more protection. Another layer of protection, a top another layer of protection, etc., etc., etc., all the way up until he is completely insulated as if he was covered in whale blubber in the middle of the Arctic. That's basically what was going on and that's what the money was for. That's why he was spreading it around so much. And that's why I believe Denise George is completely misguided with her G-Hod here to try and get that money for the Virgin Islands.
There's nobody that's going to convince me that that's okay. That's a stance and a position that I can't be moved from because anybody who thinks they're getting any of that money who is not one of the survivors is in for another thing because there's no way that money should be distributed to anybody, anybody, but these survivors. So again, we added more context here with this entry to the catalog. We see how often and how many times Marcin Kova and Kellyn Vickers showed up at that court, right, to see him. I mean, at that jailhouse to see him, what were they doing there? If they had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein and they just worked for him, what were they doing there while he was in jail? Wouldn't they be furloughed or maybe paid a retainer to maybe keep their jobs when they got back, slide back in the position? But no, they're coming to visit him in jail, they're, you know, who knows what they're doing there? Who knows what the conversations entailed?
Like I said, did they have attorney client privilege? If not, can we hear those tapes? Where are those tapes? They should be introduced to the public. I think that would be a nice step towards transparency, no? But I don't expect transparency in this case at this point. Bar is completely screwed everything up. He looks like he has zero idea what he's doing when it comes to this case, especially. It's just an absolute, it's a, it's a shit show. And Berman, I want to get on board and give Berman some props and, and give him a clap and a couple of standing ovation, but the guy's dragging his feet. We need some movement here. We need some action. We need something, we need something where we can say, all right, all right, these guys aren't ignoring this. They are not ignoring a sex trafficking ring at the highest levels of our government. I can't even believe I'm sitting here on a podcast talking about something like that. Something right out of a spine novel or some crazy movie on, on HBO or, you know, something like that, at least it doesn't seem like real life. That's for sure.
It doesn't seem like real life that I'm sitting here talking about this and that we've been here for 169 straight days talking about this. And yet there's no arrests yet. None of these co-conspirators are, are wrapped up and, and slammed, uh, behind the slamer. I thought Bar said that none of them should rest, rest easily. Well, I'm sure they're all resting fine right now considering that nobody's doing anything that nobody's yet in their door kicked in that no SWAT teams are showing up to arrest none of these people. I'm sure they're sleeping fine, not missing a wink. We know Gilein isn't skulking around from hold the hole. We know she's not missing a wink. So my question is Mr. Bar, Mr. Burman, anybody out there listening? Are you folks ever going to actually go after these people or are we just going to get more lips or this as you hope that this goes away? If you think that this is going to go away and you think that we're going to stop talking about it and we're going to stop bringing it up into the public conversation whenever we can, you are sorely mistaken because this will not be wiped under the rug. This will not be tossed away and this will be something that
you're going to be forced to deal with because the people demand justice and that's that's it. That's it. That's your only option at this point. Keep dragging your feet and you'll, the the criticism will continue to come and remember, there's elections that are coming up, right? Elections have consequences. So all of these bureaucrats and these politicians better understand that elections have consequences and they better do their jobs. That's all I can say is they better do their jobs. All right folks, if you'd like to contact me you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at protonmail.com. That's bobbyscapucci at protonmail.com.
