Mega Edition: The Increase In Tusi Consumption And The Diddy Effect (3/27/26)

About this episode

"Tusi," also known as "pink cocaine" or "tucibi," is a synthetic drug that has gained popularity in some regions, particularly in Latin America. Despite its nickname, it is not related to actual cocaine. The drug is often marketed as a recreational drug, usually in the form of pink powder or crystals, which gives it its nickname.CompositionTusi's composition can vary significantly, but it often includes a mixture of different substances. The primary components typically include:
  1. MDMA (Ecstasy): This is a psychoactive drug primarily used for recreational purposes. It is known for its ability to induce feelings of euphoria, emotional closeness, and enhanced sensory perception.
  2. Ketamine: An anesthetic that is also used recreationally for its dissociative effects, including hallucinations and a sense of detachment from reality.
  3. Other Substances: Due to its illicit nature, tusi can contain a variety of other substances, including caffeine, amphetamines, or other adulterants. The exact composition can be unpredictable and varies depending on the source.
EffectsThe effects of tusi can be diverse due to its mixed composition. Common effects reported by users include:
  • Euphoria: A feeling of intense happiness and well-being.
  • Increased Sociability: Users may feel more outgoing and connected to others.
  • Enhanced Sensory Perception: Colors, sounds, and tactile sensations may be perceived more intensely.
  • Dissociation: A feeling of detachment from one's body or surroundings, primarily due to the ketamine content.
  • Hallucinations: Visual or auditory hallucinations can occur, especially at higher doses.
Risks and Side EffectsThe use of tusi carries several risks and potential side effects:
  • Unpredictable Effects: Due to its variable composition, the effects can be unpredictable and vary from one batch to another.
  • Health Risks: The combination of different substances can increase the risk of adverse reactions, including cardiovascular issues, seizures, and psychological effects such as anxiety, paranoia, or psychosis.
  • Addiction: Regular use can lead to dependence and addiction, particularly to the MDMA or ketamine components.
  • Overdose: There is a risk of overdose, especially since users may not know the exact contents or potency of the drug they are taking.

In this episode, we take a look at the spike in consumption and distribution of Tusi in the wake of the Diddy raid.

Previously we were talking about the lawsuit filed against Tony Busby by Jane Doe. Well now we're learning Jane Doe's identity and it turns out that she is the ex-wife of a tech billionaire and her name is Claudia Brady. And according to her, Mr. Tony Busby allegedly gave her an incurable STD and a gift that keeps on giving.

Now of course, Tony Busby has disputed these allegations and has said that all of it's nothing more than a hit job that is being directed basically by JZ's legal team. And because of that, Tony Busby obviously has filed a counter suit. So today we have an article from the Daily Mail talking about Miss Brady and her claims made against Tony Busby. Headline, tech billionaire's glamorous ex-wife makes shocking sex claim against Diddy's victim's lawyer. This article was authored by Bethan Sexton. The ex-wife of a tech billionaire has accused the lawyer representing Diddy's alleged victim of knowingly infecting her with a sexually transmitted infection. Now you wanna talk about embarrassing, huh? Imagine somebody's filing this kind of court paperwork against you saying you gave somebody an incurable infection. Now obviously there's several different ways to go here, but my guess is he gave her herpes.

That's usually what you mean by an incurable infection, right? Unless it's something much more nefarious, I mean HIV, but my guess is it's more along the lines of like herpes or something like that, but either way. Imagine this is what people are saying about you in the court documents that are being filed and for Tony Busby, if it gets to a discovery point, then the court might order some kind of testing, right? To see if Tony Busby does have this incurable STD as well. And imagine being Tony Busby's wife. People out here talking like this saying he did this to this gal, I can't even imagine. Claudia Brady claims Tony Busby left her with an incurable venereal disease and uses talents as an attorney to manipulate her out of being able to secure any recourse according to a new lawsuit. Busby, who is representing more than 150 people accusing Sean Diddy Combs of sexual assault, has strenuously denied Brady's outrageous claims.

Look, I have no idea if Tony Busby is guilty of what he's being accused of here. But I will say the timing is pretty coincidental, huh? All of a sudden Tony Busby's engaged in this lawsuit against Jay-Z and against Diddy. And miraculously, people start filing suit against Tony Busby. Make no mistake, that's going to be part of Tony Busby's defense. He's going to say that all of this is reactionary and the only reason that these people have come forward is because they've been manipulated into doing so, whether that's with money or whatever. That's going to be the basis of his argument. Brady is seeking unspecified damages to be determined at trial over the explosive claims. She alleges that Busby persuaded her to let him represent her during her divorce pro bono to make amends for his deceit and carelessness. Like how are you going to prove this? This is going to be very difficult to prove, right? There's a lot of moving parts here that are going to have to line up and she's going to have to have some evidence

to back up what she's saying. Now the court is going to accept the initial complaint because especially in civil matters, the bar is not as high as in criminal matters. So for the most part, these complaints are accepted on their face and then they work from there. But as things continue to progress, she's going to need to add some evidence, right? Something to back up, what she asked to say about what Tony Busby allegedly was up to. However, she claims that he then use the opportunity to doctor plaintiff's medical records to make it appear as though a ex-husband, tech mogul Greg Brady, was the one who infected her. Busby also failed in his duties to obtain her the best settlement in a bid to resolve the matter as quickly as possible to bury his egregious misconduct according to the filings. Brady claims that Busby was apologetic and unsurprised when she informed him of her diagnosis as he was already aware that he had a venereal disease. Now if you're out here and you have some sort of VD

and you're out here giving it to other people, there should be consequences for that. Knowingly spreading that shit, here's an idea, put a bag on. Let your partner know up front that you're rocking some fucked up shit. But no, people don't care, people have no chill. People are just selfish, right? Oh, I'm gonna go get my nut and that's gonna be the end of it. Meanwhile, you're ruining somebody's life. So yeah, there should be penalties for people that do shit like this. And if it's proven that Tony Busby did do this, then he should face serious consequences. Defended and instructed plaintiff not to tell anyone and offered to provide free legal services as compensation for his deceit and carelessness that resulted in plaintiff contracting and incurable disease, the lawsuit reads, there is no amount of legal help or legal representation that's gonna make up for you giving me the herpader. Zero chance that anything you can do is going to make up for it. Now if it's an accident and you didn't know,

well guess what, we're all consenting adults and shit happens sometimes, if you're not responsible, right? You have to live with your decisions. It's a whole different story though, if this dude knew and then went to bed with this lady and gave her some sort of V.D., it adds that Busby became possessive of Brady in an effort to keep her close and manipulate her into keeping his secret. It details an incident where Busby allegedly attacked Brady in a jealous rage after seeing her speaking to another man at a bar. In a jealous rage, defendants smash plaintiffs glass into her face, causing plaintiffs front teeth to chip, the lawsuit states, well, I wonder if there was any witnesses to see this. Now I'm not saying it didn't happen, but we have to look at it from a legal perspective. And when you're dealing with somebody like Anthony Busby, you know that he's going to use every trick in the book and it's not gonna cost him anything to represent himself. So you know he's going to do everything in his power to discredit these allegations against him.

And obviously, in my opinion, what it comes down to here is Tony Busby being put on the back foot, so he's not on the offensive against Jay-Z and Didi. They're trying to buy some time. And what's the best way to do that? Well, if you can't get the case dropped, you can't get it dismissed. Keep the lawyer busy chasing his tail with other things. And that's exactly what I think the strategy is here. Plaintiff became fearful of what defendant would do if she ever spoke out against defendant and stayed silent until filing this lawsuit. Brady claims that Busby offered to represent her during her divorce three years later, but used the opportunity to try to blackmail her ex-husband and allegedly cover up his behavior. So there's a lot of moving pieces here. And we don't have nowhere near enough details to know what's what. But I have to say it's a shrewd move on Jay-Z and Didi's legal team's parts to come and try and throw some mud in the water here. Because if they can get it looking like Busby

is nothing but an abuser himself, that's gonna play well with the jury, huh? So for me, it's always interesting to watch how these legal strategies begin to develop. Defendant falsified the test to show that she contracted the venereal disease in 2020 from her soon to be ex-husband, rather than in 2018 from the defendant, the lawsuit states. Brady accuses Busby of attempting to unsuccessfully blackmail her ex-husband by presenting him with the evidence that he had passed on the infection. Yo, this is a whole last lifetime movie, huh? If this is true, then Busby's an absolute dirtbag. And imagine being her ex-husband. Bad enough you're getting divorced. Now she shows up with this paperwork talking about you gave her an STD. Well, here's the only problem, sweetheart. I don't have that STD. So you must have been ordering out because I didn't have any of this shit previously, and now I do. You know that's gonna be his response, right? If he doesn't have the venereal disease, or maybe he has it too.

And if he does then, well, that helps Tony Busby's case, right? Because he'll just say, look, I got it from her. So I really don't think that there's any chance that this case goes really far and that she wins, but it is a master's stroke on the part of Jay-Z, and a master's stroke on the part of Diddy when it comes to trying to muddy the waters. And as we move forward, you can expect a whole lot more of this from Diddy. As the proceedings progressed, Brady entered into an agreement that resulted in a dramatic loss at the insistence and direction of Busby per the filings. Defended insisted that the divorce settle quickly and without discovery, the lawsuit states. Defended provided this advice to avoid production of documents that would uncover his fraud and his role in infecting plaintiff with a venereal disease in 2018. However, Busby has rejected Brady's allegations. This person has previously made the exact same outrageous claims against two other men, he said.

She is incredible, and her claims are ridiculous. This case will be dismissed. Well, playing devil's advocate, we could say that about some of the other women who have made the allegations against Diddy, right? So shoe is certainly on the other foot right now. And again, that was all part of the makeup here for the strategy that we're seeing being deployed. Alex Spiro, Garagos, Agnafilo, these aren't stupid lawyers. They know exactly what they're doing and they know that there is a gigantic amount of evidence against their client. So with all of that being true, they have to make a move and that move is to discredit people. And to do it in any way that they think that they can get the ball over the goal line. Since filing the Diddy cases, there has been a concerted effort to try and discredit our law firm. We won't be bullied or intimidated by this kind of trash. Brady previously filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband in which he accused him of using funds from his federal government contracted company

to sex traffic women onto his yachts. So the plot certainly thickens, doesn't it? When you have somebody who has filed these lawsuits in the past and they have been proven to cry a wolf, if you will, it certainly goes to their credibility. Now I'm not saying that that's what happened here. I don't know, but as a juror, I'd certainly have some questions about the timeline. She alleged that some of the women were sexually assaulted and contracted herpes from the encounters. Her ex-husband faced no criminal charges and previously said he categorically denies all of Brady's allegations. Tyler Reddick here from 2311 Racing. The rush of racing? Nothing beats it. VGW Group Voidware prohibited by law, 21 plus terms and conditions apply. He has filed his own lawsuit against his ex-wife accusing her of conducting a smear campaign, which he has denied. The case was abandoned last year. And I think that's what we're going to end up seeing here. This is going to end up being dismissed one way or the other. And I think that when all is said and done and the dust settles, not much is going to come of this, at least from like a settlement point of view. But as far as mudding the waters a little bit and making life a little bit more difficult for Busbee, they're definitely hitting the mark with that. Because the more Busbee is running around chasing this kind of stuff down, the less he's working on the case when it comes to Diddy and Jay-Z. So there's where things currently stand with the lawsuit filed against Busbee by Ms. Brady. And as more details become available, court documents, et cetera, we'll get them added to the catalog. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone?

And welcome back to the program. As we've been discussing Diddy and the situation that he finds himself in, we've been talking about pink cocaine. And it's not the first time we've discussed pink cocaine here on the podcast. We've talked about it previously and how it's becoming more prevalent in the club scene. Well, with somebody like Diddy involved in supposedly allegedly using this drug, it skyrockets it as far as people on the street feel. And now they're not even calling it pink cocaine anymore. They're calling it Diddy. So in this episode, we're going to dive into an article from The New York Post. And we're going to see what they have to say about Diddy and the pink cocaine. But before we do that, why don't we do a quick overview of what Toosey or pink cocaine is? Toosey is also known as pink cocaine or Toosey B. It's a synthetic drug that has gained popularity in some regions, particularly in Latin America. Despite its nickname, it's not related to actual cocaine.

The drug is often marketed as a recreational drug usually in the form of pink powder or crystals, which give it its nickname. Toosey's composition can vary significantly, but it often includes a mixture of different substances. The primary components typically include ecstasy. This is a psychoactive drug primarily used for recreational purposes. It's known for its ability to induce feelings of euphoria, emotional closeness, and enhanced sensory perception. To ketamine, an anesthetic that is also used recreationally, especially for hallucinations and a sense of detachment from reality. Due to its elicit nature, Toosey can contain a variety of other substances, including caffeine and fetamines or other adulterants, including fentanyl. The exact composition of each mix varies. The effects of Toosey can be diverse due to its mix composition. Common effects reported by users include euphoria, a feeling of intense happiness and well-being,

increased sociability. Users may feel more outgoing and connected to others, enhanced sensory perception, colors, sounds, and sensations may be perceived more intensely. Disassociation, a feeling of detachment from one's body or surroundings primarily due to the ketamine content. Illucinations, visual or auditory hallucinations can occur, especially at higher doses. The use of Toosey carries several risks and potential side effects. Due to its variable composition, the effects can be unpredictable and vary from one batch to another. The combination of different substances can increase the risk of adverse reactions, including cardiovascular issues, seizures, and psychological effects, such as anxiety, paranoia, or psychosis. Addiction, regular use can lead to dependence and addiction, particularly the MDMA or ketamine components. There is a risk of overdose, especially since users may not know what the exact contents or potency of the drug they are taking.

And finally, the legal status of Toosey varies by country. In many places, the substances commonly found in Toosey, such as MDMA and ketamine, are controlled substances, making the production, distribution, and possession of Toosey legal. Law enforcement agencies often target the drug due to its association with illegal activities and potential for harm. All right, now that we've set the table, let's dive into this article and let's eat. Today's article is from The New York Post and the headline. Mystery Pincocan allegedly enjoyed by Diddy sees bump across New York's drug scene. This article was authored by Joe Marino, Larry Salona, and Matt Troutman. The Big Apple's newest drug bump isn't so pretty in pink. A pink mystery powder reportedly beloved by disgraced mogul Diddy and linked to a dangerous Venezuelan gang is blowing through New York cities, elicit drug scene, law enforcement sources, and experts tell The Post. And whenever something new like this hits forget it,

you're going to have a bunch of groups looking to get in on it. And considering you can put whatever the fuck you want in a bag, well, there's going to be profits to be had, right? And the thing with the food coloring and the dye that cracks me up because when I was a younger man and I used to, you know, party, there was a bit of that happening for us as well. But instead of using food coloring, we were using cool aid to make the ketamine a different flavor. So you'd go by the ketamine, Mexico, wherever, you'd come back, you'd get some pyrex, you'd put the liquid ketamine on the pyrex, put it in the oven, you'd cook it up, then it turns into powder, and from there you chop it, and you slang it. Do whatever you're going to do with it, use it, whatever. But it's pretty funny to see them using these additives and food coloring, considering that was something that was happening in the late 90s, early 2000s. And while it was in 2C back then, it was certainly ketamine, and there was a whole lot of it making its way through the scene.

The synthetic drug in coction known as 2C, or pink cocaine, has popped up in a growing number of recent narcotics bus, including of an Upper East Side woman, who allegedly openly sold it on a messaging app, sources said. Now this is straight up bananas. You got people out here on these apps that are selling drugs, like it's an open-air market, and the crazy part is for every one of these people that gets nailed five more pop up. And that just feeds right into the decapitation strategy that we always talk about. As long as there is a demand for these drugs, there's always going to be somebody providing them, whether it's on the internet or on the street corner. It's cheaper than Coke, said Ray Donovan, former chief of operations for the US Drug Enforcement Administration. It's a cheap club drug, and down in Latin America, well, they use like the leftovers from cocaine cooks, and it's like a poor people drug in Latin America. For people who can't afford cocaine and the rest of it, a lot of these dudes are doing pink 2C down there.

2C originally sprang up in Latin America, within the last decade, as a phonetic play on 2C, a group of psychedelic drugs popular in the nightlife set. Said Joseph Palomar, an associate professor of population health, at NYU Langone, who recently published the study on the pink powder. But the drug isn't primarily 2C, or even cocaine, despite its moniker, as he said. And that's a fact, like I was saying, down in Latin America, this is just like a bunch of leftovers thrown in a pot almost. That's how you make 2C. And of course, you can mess with the concoction, you can mess with the combinations that you're using. But I'm talking about in its original form, its original intent, down in South America, Latin America. This was used as a cheaper alternative to some of these other club drugs. Instead, it's always mostly ketamine, in addition to swirling cocktails of other narcotics, such as MDMA, methamphetamine, opioids, and small amounts of cocaine,

depending on whoever is brewing the batch, Palomar said. The only ingredient that apparently won't get users high, is what gives the drug its distinctive pink color, food coloring. It's the new mystery powder to hit the nightclubs, Palomar said. I think everybody's concoction is going to be different from the next persons. Well, there's no doubt. And again, folks, look, I'm not going to sit here and tell you, oh, you shouldn't go out and have a good time. That's not my place. What I will tell you, though, is if you're going to go out on party, please do it responsibly. Make sure you're testing these drugs if you're taking them, and you're doing it the right way. Because I know for a fact that people are out there partying, right? And I'm not going to sit here and make pretend that people are going to stop because they read this stuff or hear this stuff. But if people are more responsible, hopefully, that stems the title a little bit, right? But you have to be very, very careful when you're mixing all these drugs, because the reactions in some people are obviously different than in others. And if you're somebody that's adverse to some of the ingredients in one of these batches,

you can find yourself in serious trouble. The candy color drugs Latin American link isn't just in its origin, but also in its association with the notorious trend, De Aragua gang from Venezuela that accused NYPD cop shooter, Bernardo Raul Castro Mata 19 said it smuggling guns into migrant shelters according to authorities. Jason Savino, the NYPD's assistant chief of detectives told Fox five last week that the gang has expanded into trafficking to see police sources told the post that the gang linked cooks are a peddling to see on Roosevelt Avenue street corners, a notorious open-air drug and prostitution market in Jackson Heights. But other pink cocaine peddling slime or homegrown sources said, Bradley Fernandez, a 36 year old, busted by NYPD cops in April on the lower east side with a half kilo of 2C, as well as cocaine and guns, had no known ties to the gang according to sources. He has pleaded not guilty to drug and firearm charges court record show.

2C first popped up on the New York City special narcotics prosecutor's office radar about 2023 when investigators that January stopped the Toyota Highlander in the meatpacking district, hauling a 10 pound bag of pink cocaine official said, this has been going on for quite some time and this drug has also obviously made its way to Europe. This is a popular drug over in Europe now, Spain especially. Since then investigators with the office found that an Upper East Side woman, Deirdre Jackson, brazenly advertised on the Telegram messaging app that she was selling 2C, authority said. 2C pink coke was one of 10 different drugs listed on a menu posted on Telegram by Jackson, according to a screenshot provided to the post. My guess is if you tested those drugs, none of them would be what she sang they are. A pro by Homeland Security investigations ended with a June 25 bust at Jackson's York Avenue apartment, in which authorities arrested her and confiscated cocaine and pink powdery substance of criminal complaint states. Jackson pleaded not guilty and was ordered held on a $200,000

cash bond, authorities said. NYPD sources said that 2C has another street level nickname because of its association with a jet setter. The Diddy drug, well isn't that nice. Good old Diddy over here really influencing the world, huh? And if you add as much money as Diddy, why do you need to do all these drugs? I don't understand it. When I used a party it was an escape from my real life, right? Shit, the week sucked, work was horrible, my boss is a dick, I got problems here and problems there, might as well get loaded. But if you're Diddy really, here's an idea if you're bummed go to the Amalfi coast and put your feet in the water. Why are you out here acting like a fool homie? Like Sunny said, in a Bronx tale, wasted talent. New York's own Sean Diddy Combs pension for pink cocaine was alleged in a high profile civil lawsuit against the imbattled hip-hop mogul. His ex-girlfriend, young Miami, transported the drug for him on a private jet from Miami, Florida to a Virginia music festival because Sean Combs wanted 2C but Brendan Paul

Diddy's alleged drug mule forgot it, the lawsuit states. Law enforcement sources said that 2C's Lucy Goosey combination of ingredients raised drug users ever present risk of accidental overdose to new heights, thousand percent. There is zero chance in this whole ass world I would ever, ever put this shit in my body. We saw one drug dealer marketing to entirely different substances as pink cocaine, one mixture of cocaine, ketamine and MDMA dyed pink, another batch ketamine alone said Bridget Brennan, the city's special narcotics prosecutor in a statement. What the seller calls the product may have no relationship to what it contains. Dealers could also mix fentanyl, a synthetic opioid commonly cut into cocaine and heroin, and linked to 200,000 overdose deaths since President Biden took office, into already free willing to see concoctions and NYPD source said, we want to raise awareness because that's the next thing. It's just a matter of time. We see fentanyl make its way in there and it gets stepped on too many times. Savino, the NYPD official, told the post this week and that is 1 million percent happening. Whatever the cheapest product to put in there, that's what they're going to cut it with and put it in there. It's all about increasing their dough, right? So for instance, if they get a batch of pure heroin, well they're going to step on it multiple times to increase their profit and the same goes with all of this other stuff too. XDEA official Donovan agreed.

It's not big yet but the concern is that it'll catch fire. Even without fentanyl, 2C can lead to dangerous reactions. Palomar said, noting nightclub goers can mistakenly think their pin cocaine will counteract the effects of alcohol. So what do you mean by that? For those of you who are in the know, if you're loaded and you're drunk and you do some blow, it counteracts the effects of that alcohol. So a lot of people will try and do a little bit of blow if they've been drinking at the club or whatever to try and get their head right. I know it sounds counterproductive as shit to people who have never done it or party like this, but it's something that's pretty common. Just like if you're doing cocaine, a lot of times you're going to have some zanics on you too so that when you're coming down, it's not that big of a pain in the balls. Ketamine, the concoctions primary ingredient can be deadly when mixed with alcohol he said, you literally don't know what they're putting in it. Palomar said, and I don't know how anyone would want to get drunk while they're on K. I've been in a K hole before and I'll tell you what, the last thing I'd want to do

is drink anything, but this shit is prevalent folks, it's out there, and my guess is if you're going out to clubs or whatever, you either run into it or you're going to run into it. My advice is stay away from it. My advice is stay away from all this shit honestly, but if you're going to do it, if you're going to party, get a test kit. Make sure you have Narcan because I don't want to end up reading about one of you here on the podcast. And hopefully if you're ever in this situation where some of these shit's put in front of your face, you hear my voice popping up in the back of your head telling you not to do it because folks, this isn't the kind of shit we grew up with. This isn't, you know, we're going out to the bar, you're running into some dude at the bar, you might know for a a little bit or whatever. He has some blow, you guys go to the bathroom, have a bump, whatever it might be. It's a whole different story now. These designer drugs are a lot more dangerous than people from my generation were used to dealing with. So we have to understand that, and we have to know that it's a whole new playing field out there. And the dangers for people who are taking these drugs have increased tenfold. And when you see all of these overdose deaths,

there's no debate that the drugs are much more potent, much cheaper, and certainly more deadly. And as far as Diddy goes with his drug situation, it's going to be something that's going to come back to Burnham, you wait and see, they have this investigation going on right now behind the scenes, and that investigation has already led to one arrest with Brendan Paul. Now he was released, but we all know how this works. They're going to press them, they're going to make him flex, and eventually in my opinion, he's going to turn on Diddy. If he hasn't turned on him already, because when we're talking about the kind of situation that Brendan Paul is going to be looking at, the multiple years in prison, because of these drugs, you know he's going to rat. Throws not bill for that, what he's going to take a 20 year bid for Diddy, yeah right, not going to happen. So we're going to keep an eye on it, like usual, and we're going to keep following along, and when we have some more relevant information, we'll get it added to the catalog. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
