In this episode we're going

2:07to take a look at what went on in the courtroom during day number fours proceedings. And to do that we're going to once again be using an article from the East Idaho news.com headline. Dave L case resumes as Melanie Gibb gives explosive testimony on the stand. And we talked about Melanie Gibb yesterday a little bit and about her role in that cult. So it's going to be interesting to see what she has to say here on the stand. And the author of this article once again is Nate Eaton. And like the last few updates we're going to break this down into two parts. The morning session and the afternoon session. So let's get started with the morning session and let's see what happened. 824 a.m. Inside the courtroom for another day of Valo daybell trial. A woman with a hat pulled over her face was escorted into the courthouse by a Rexburg police officer. It appeared to be Melanie Gibb.

3:10828 a.m. Laurie is wearing a light gray jacket and black rim glasses. Her attorneys are here and all of the prosecutors are at their table. 835 a.m. Judge Boy says entered the courtroom. He reminds everyone in attendance to follow the courtroom conduct order. Larry and K Woodcock along with several family members are here. Annie Cushing and her daughter are also here. Several members of the public are watching in the courtroom and in the overflow room in 880 County. 840 a.m. jurors have been brought in the room. Freeman County prosecuting attorney Lindsey Blake will now question Melanie Gibb. Gibb is wearing a black top white skirt glasses and is sworn in. This is the first time Laurie and Melanie have seen each other since 2019. And without close they were you know that Laurie wasn't happy to see Melanie over there taking the stand against her. And even in those phone conversations that were released previously, you heard

4:13Laurie saying to Melanie that she had fallen in with people that you know, hated Laurie that were against Laurie, all of this delusional nonsense. 843 a.m. Melanie says she met Laurie at a church event in 2018. She says she met Chad a year or two before she met Laurie. She says when she met Chad, it was a casual introduction to each other. They periodically saw each other, but we're not close friends. 844 a.m. Melanie says she and Laurie kept in touch after they met Melanie met Tiley within a week of meeting Laurie Melanie says Tiley seemed upset and frustrated with Laurie most of the time. There was tension in the relationship Melanie says Melanie says she met J J within a week or two of meeting Laurie 845 a.m. Melanie says Laurie was affectionate with J J and she would sing them songs at bedtime. But as time went on, Laurie wasn't as focused on J J and Laurie was distracted

5:17a lot. Yeah, I'm sure she was. You start thinking about all of the crazy nonsense that these people were into. And yeah, I'm pretty sure she was distracted with thinking she was a goddess and the rest of the nonsense. 847 a.m. Melanie says she saw Laurie daily or several times a week during the beginning of their friendship. Things changed in January 2019 when Laurie started moving. Melanie lived within 20 to 25 minutes of each other. They would get together, speak on the phone and text message 848 a.m. Melanie in January 2019 Laurie decided to leave Arizona and stay with Alex. Then she went on to Hawaii, then to Texas and then back to Arizona by July 2019 when Charles was killed 849 a.m. Melanie says she and Laurie went on a trip with five to six other ladies for a conference in Utah.

6:18Melanie observed a meeting between Chad and Laurie. Chad and Laurie had never met before. The conference was Friday, Saturday and on Sunday, most people went home. Chad stayed Friday and Saturday. Laurie and Melanie were in the area Friday through Sunday. So this is the genesis of that relationship. Basically, obviously they were talking online and all of that stuff. And then they finally get to meet in person and they hit it off. And from there, things begin to spiral out of control. 851 a.m. Melanie says Chad and Laurie were very friendly to each other, talking a lot about the beliefs they had. And there was definitely an attraction at the beginning. Laurie was very interested in Chad, like someone who would meet someone they're attracted to. She seemed flattered with them and was flirty like 852 a.m. Melanie says Laurie had read a few of Chad's books before they met. So she was already going in with those preconceived notions of, hey, this is the author

7:21that, you know, I read his books and I'm into all of the crazy shit that he's into. And now I get to meet him 854 a.m. Melanie is asked if she ever spoke with Chad about the first time she met Laurie. She says most likely, but doesn't remember Melanie spoke with Laurie after Laurie meeting Chad. She shared with me that he told her that they had been married in another time period. She did believe that she had already the belief system that this multiple lives as they would call it. She already believed that before she physically met him. So she was into all of that stuff before she met him. And then obviously his podcast and his books, it confirmed her bias. So she was all in 100% all in 856 a.m. Melanie says Laurie told her Laurie had been married to the prophet Maroni from the book of Mormon. I mean, I guess that's like a kin to being married to one of Jesus's apostles or something in Catholicism.

8:23I'm not too hip on what's going on in the Mormon religion. And frankly, I didn't even know that there was a prophet named the Maroni. 857 a.m. After the conference, Laurie kept in touch with Chad on the phone, according to Melanie. Chad was married to Tammy at the time and Laurie was married to Charles. Both spouses were still alive. Yeah, well, we know how that turned out. And we know that Charles was being called Ned Schneider, all of a sudden he's Ned Schneider out of nowhere, out of the blue. And I mean, Ned Schneider, we can't get like some kind of like biblical name, like Malachi or some shit. 858 a.m. Melanie says she learned of the term multiple probations when she first started interacting with Laurie. Laurie and Chad introduced this teaching to Melanie and Chad often spoke about it. Laurie told Melanie that she and Chad often spoke about multiple probations. Melanie says the definition of multiple probations change the longer that they

9:26knew each other, but the basic belief system was you could live multiple times on earth. And it would be different for everyone. So reincarnation like most other snake salesmen, like most other charlatans. This is nothing more than fan fiction, right? Stealing from somebody else's religion, molding it together, calling yourself a prophet and then finding a few people that are going to believe your bullshit. Yeah, look, there's a sucker born every minute, right? 9 a.m. Two weekends after the meeting, Chad came to Arizona for another event. Melanie and Laurie went to this conference. Laurie held a meeting at her house before the conference. Melanie does not remember if Chad was there. 9 a.m. Melanie saw Laurie and Chad interacting at the conference. Chad stayed at Laurie's house over the weekend. Charles was out of town according to Melanie. And remember Laurie had the audacity to accuse Charles of cheating.

10:27Meanwhile, she got some dude over at the house, making a cuckold out of Charles while he's out of town working, trying to provide for his family. That Laurie Vallow, she's a hell of a gal. Laurie told Melanie that she had been married four to five times as other characters. Chad too. Laurie told Melanie that the weekend Chad came to Arizona. They met in the LDS temple together and were sealed together by Maroni and Jesus Christ. That relationship of multiple lives was reunited. This happened in a waiting room, not a ceiling room in the temple. Oh, well, I guess if it happened in the ceiling room, then that would have made it more official, huh? Breaking news, Jesus Christ and whoever the hell Maroni is didn't show up to seal anybody's marriage. Okay, that never happened. 903 AM. Laurie was open with Melanie about her feelings for Chad. Laurie only told people in her small group about her and Chad. 904 AM. Laurie told Melanie about the 144,000 people who will be here during the

11:32return of Jesus Christ to earth. Laurie then said Chad and Laurie would be leading the group and do a lot of missionary work ahead of the second coming. Now at that point, as Melanie here, don't you run for the hills and say to yourself, all right, look, this is some bad shit crazy stuff. There's no way in hell. I believe that Chad, Debel and Laurie, Vallow are going to be the profits that shepherd humanity into the next phase after Jesus Christ comes. People are really believing that. Within weeks of Melanie meeting Lori, Lori began telling her how Chad and Lori were supposed to lead the 144,000. And you notice they always keep these groups small, right? They're core group because it's so bad shit crazy. They can't get too many people to buy into this stuff the way they all do.

13:39So they have their select core group of people who come over and all of the Yahoo sit around and talk about this dumb shit. 907 AM Melanie describes a light and dark scale that Lori told her about after she met Chad. People who were light had signed contracts with the savior. Those who were dark signed contracts with Satan before coming to earth. Now again, if anyone was telling you this, would you just sit there and be like, oh, yeah, you know what? That all sounds great. I'll be here next week. Should I bring the Popeyes or are you going to say to yourself? All right, probably should find some group to practice my religion with that isn't extreme because it seems to me like Melanie. She stuck around for quite some time. 910 AM Brandon, Boo, Joe and Charles Vallow were not present for these meetings and were not told about these teachings. Melanie says Lori would not have considered Charles part of their inner circle. See inner circle again. See what I'm talking about. That's how all of these manipulators work.

14:41There's always layers to this shit. Melanie says Lori would not have considered Charles part of their inner circle. One day in January 2019, Lori told Melanie that Charles Vallow was taken over by an evil spirit. Chad had told Lori this and it was the first time Lori had heard this. Charles was now dark again because Chad wanted Lori. Let's just call it what it is. Another shyster, another bullshit artist in a long history of bullshit artists who used religion to get what they want. And that's exactly what Chad Debel did right here. He wanted Charles Vallow out of the way and what's the easiest way to do that? Oh, he's a dark. He's Ned Schneider. 912 AM. Lori said she had a dream where Charles was in a car accident in Texas and would not be coming back home by January 1. JJ was with Charles at the time and would have been traveling back with Charles. Charles was never in an accident.

15:42Melanie asked Lori what happened. You shared your thought he was going to die and Lori responded. He didn't because Satan interfered with the plan. No, Lori Vallow. If there is a Satan, you are working for him and you're the one that was hatching plans on his behalf. And now you're going to be the one that has to deal with that for the rest of your life. And I'll tell you what Chad Debel, certainly not a man of honor, certainly not some kind of white night. I would not be surprised if he tries to put all the blame on Lori Vallow. 913 AM. Lori is looking at Melanie during the testimony and also taking notes. 914 AM. Lori told Melanie about castings. This involved a prayer to get the evil spirit out of someone and encourage the spirit to come out by power of God. So an exorcism Melanie participated in casting in January, February, 2019 after Lori learned Charles was dark.

16:43Charles was the first person Lori ever called dark. And again, all of this started happening after she met Chad Debel. He was the push that Lori Vallow needed to go right over the cliff. 915 AM. The first casting Melanie was involved in was with Lori and a group of women at Zulema's house. Alex Cox was not married to her at this time. This casting involved prayer and words convincing the spirit to leave the body. This would be the spirit that took over a particular person's body. So they're having like a group exorcism. 918 AM. Melanie says the first time the group thought they had cast an evil spirit named Ned out of Charles body. But Charles was still alive. So the teachings changed and now a spirit named Garrick or Garrett enter Charles body. Lori cast this spirit out of Charles. But then the final spirit he blows enter Charles body. I don't mean to laugh, but he blows.

17:45I mean, where do they come up with this shit? Chad Debel sitting around and reading like Dungeons and Dragons forums trying to come up with new names for his next larping session. 920 AM Melanie says weeks after the original idea of a spirit taking over bodies. Lori started to use the term zombie 921 AM Melanie says Lori was present for all of the castings. Chad was present for one casting according to Melanie. The one chat attended was right after Charles death. Melanie recalls possibly participating in a casting for Brandon B. Lori told Melanie that Brandon was dark and he had an evil spirit in him. So it looks like this is their hit list, right? Oh, we're going to go do our spell casting and then we'll send out Bieber faced Alex Cox to go and kill these people and then we'll say it's God's will. 922 AM Brandon was part of Hitler's group and was considered a very high

18:45dark Melanie says she does not recall participating in castings for anyone else. 923 AM Lori told Melanie that Charles Brandon, one of Lori's brothers, not Alex, Lori's dad, Tyler K and JJ were all dark. Random people were also dark. 924 AM Melanie says if Tammy Debel was considered dark, it was right before Tammy died. Lori told Melanie sometime between February and June of 2019 that Tyler was dark in September 2019. Lori told Melanie JJ was possessed. Many jurors are taking notes during Melanie's testimony. So if she thought they were dark and she thought they were possessed, you know she has it in her to be somebody who is very evil. And then we take a look back at Detective Hermes, CEOs testimony from yesterday. And it's not looking good for Doomsday Mom. 927 AM the night before Charles died.

19:49Lori told Melanie that Alex was spending the night at her house because Charles was going to kill her after Charles died. Lori told Melanie that he had been argumentive with her. The spirit told Lori to pick up Charles phone and he was upset. She took his phone. Lori said they argued he threatened her and Tyler came out with a baseball bat to protect herself. Alex went to get his gun to protect him and then shot Charles. This is all according to what Lori told Melanie. I don't believe any of that. Not for a minute. I believe that Alex was there with the intent to kill Charles Vallow. Did they maybe start an argument? Perhaps, but the whole entire intent was to get Charles Vallow out of the way. 930 AM Melanie says after Charles died. Lori and Chad were happy. 932 AM prior to Charles death. Melanie says Chad and Lori communicated multiple times a day. Melanie says Lori had two to three cell phones.

20:52One phone was just for Chad. She has burners and shit like she's out here on the grind. She was she thought she was that slick, huh? Oh, let me get a couple of burner phones. 933 AM Lori told Melanie that she and Chad would meet at a hotel. Lori shared they were intimate while Charles and Tammy were still alive. Lori said this was according to God's will because they had been married in multiple lives and had a mission together. During this testimony, Lori is frantically taking notes in the courtroom. Now I wonder how many other women this Chad daybell hustled with this same ass line. Imagine using this as your pickup line. Hey, look, we were married in a past life. So why don't you meet me at the hotel and it doesn't matter if you're married now. God's going to say that's okay because we were married in a past life. I mean, can you imagine the content of that conversation as he's trying to hustle you? 936 AM Melanie said right before JJ was killed.

21:54Lori said he was difficult to handle. It was hard for her to take care of him and be with Chad. Lori indicated she was going to ask K if K could take care of JJ going forward. Well, here's an idea. How about you just didn't kill Charles. You got divorced. Let him take JJ and you go on your marry way with profit. Fuck face. Why do you have to kill everybody? 937 AM Melanie says she last saw Tiley in July, August, 2019 before Lori and Alex move with the kids to Idaho. 938 AM after Lori moved to Idaho. Melanie recalls talking with her on the phone and Melanie heard Tiley in the background. 939 AM Lori asked Melanie to come visit her in Idaho in September, 2019. There was a seminar in Rexburg. So Melanie and her boyfriend David Warwick went up. They stayed at Lori's house. Melanie did not see Tiley and Lori told Melanie that Tiley was at BYU Idaho with roommates.

22:58941 AM Melanie asked Lori about Tiley's belongings and Lori said they had been put in storage. Lori didn't talk much about Tiley. Melanie did see JJ and Lori told Melanie that JJ had an evil spirit in them. Lori learned this the day before from Chad. Again with Chad, she learned it from Chad. Imagine this guy talking to you and to kill in your kids. What sort of piece of human excrement gets talked into that? 942 AM Lori told Melanie JJ's behavior was more difficult. And he would say things like I love Satan. JJ would climb up on the fridge on top of the cabinets and was acting aggressively. Lori tried to explain how he was changing into a more negative type of demeanor. 943 AM Melanie says she did not notice any changes in JJ and he appeared to be a typical seven year old autistic kid. Melanie has experience with autistic children and she says his behavior was normal.

24:02She never observed him climbing on counters, but one day he was upset and Chad took him upstairs. 945 AM Chad took JJ upstairs. He came downstairs and Melanie asked Chad why his neck was so red. Chad responded that JJ had scratched his neck. Yeah, you're probably beaten on him. You sick disgusting animal. 947 AM Melanie says Chad and Lori were very affectionate that weekend. She went with them to walk around the track at BYU Idaho and they explored the campus. As they were leaving, Chad gave Lori a hug and a kiss. Chad asked David Warwick not to share about his relationship with Lori with anyone. So wait a minute. You were at the university here and you didn't think to check on. Tyley, I thought she was at this university. Nobody decides to go check on her, huh? Okay. 948 AM Lori told Melanie that Maroney. A peer to her in a temple on September 22nd.

25:04Melanie says that last time she saw JJ was on September 22nd as Alex was taking JJ upstairs. Melanie and David left the next day and she does not recall seeing JJ before they left on September 23rd. 950 AM Melanie remembers asking Lori before Charles died. Why you would want to kill her? Lori said it was because she had a million dollar life insurance policy. Lori then said Charles had a life insurance policy, but if Charles died, all the money would go to K. So she says that he wants to kill her for the money when it's the other way around just like when she accused him of cheating. 951 AM Lori asked why she didn't get a divorce from Charles. Lori said that wasn't the Lord's plan and if Chad got a divorce, he would be penalized for that. Chad would lose his exulsion or standing with God.

26:04Yeah, but you know, if he killed somebody, that's cool. God's okay with that. The angel of the Boni Maroney Angel, he's going to come down and give you a pat on the back. If you murder somebody, but don't get divorced. 952 AM Melanie never saw JJ again after the night of September 22nd. She never returned to Idaho to see Lori again, but spoke with her occasionally. Melanie next heard from Chad around Thanksgiving. He told her the Rexburg police would be calling and told Melanie not to answer the phone. Imagine somebody calls you and says that. Yeah, sure. That's exactly what I'm going to do. Take part in whatever kind of nonsense you're involved in, stupid. 953 AM Melanie says Chad had a nervous voice and said the police are looking for JJ and Melanie said she thought JJ was with K and Chad told her he was not. Chad told Melanie that Lori would be calling her Melanie thought JJ was with K because Lori had told her she met with K at an airport and she asked K to take care of JJ.

27:11955 AM Lori then called Melanie. Lori said the police came by and she told officers that JJ was with Melanie watching frozen. Lori asked Melanie to take photos of random kids at the movie theater and send them to the police. Police tried to get a hold of Melanie, but she did not take their calls. I wasn't sure what in the world to do. Oh, you should have called the cops. That's what you should have done. What are you waiting for? Those kids are obviously in harm. They're obviously in danger. You got to do something about that. 957 AM Lori told Melanie the police were dark. K Lori's dad and her brother Adam Cox were also dark. Lori said JJ's life was in danger and K was trying to kidnap him. Melanie wasn't sure what to believe. Says she was in shock and perplexed. 958 AM Melanie eventually spoke to police at the end of November beginning of December and said JJ had not been with her.

29:19Try them all only at my dogs. And this is the recording. 1003 AM Blake is now playing the call. Melanie recorded the conversation with Chad and Lori. Chad answers. Hello, sweet Melanie. Trying to pour it on thick, right? 1004 AM Melanie asked Chad and Lori where they are. Chad giggles and says we're just hanging out. They don't want to say where they are. Melanie asked Lori what happened with JJ. Why he isn't at K's house. Lori doesn't answer the question, but says people are after her. Chad says if you knew where JJ was, that puts you in danger. Chad and Lori won't say where JJ is because Lori wants to keep him and everyone else protected. What an absolute and utter bunch of bullshit. 1006 AM Melanie asked Lori if JJ is safe. She responds he is safe and happy. Melanie asked how it could hurt her if she knew where JJ is. I'm just not telling anybody so that nobody has to say where he is or get questioned, where he is.

30:25So I can keep him safe as possible. Melanie says I hope he's okay. I hope you guys are okay. 1008 AM Melanie says she asked Alex Cox where JJ was. He said he was somewhere he couldn't be found and Melanie didn't want to know where JJ is. 1009 AM Lori won't tell Melanie where they are. And Melanie says she is worried for them. Lori says K is dark and is working with the police. Lori says I know exactly where JJ is. He is safe and fine. 1010 AM on the call. Lori mentioned profits from the scriptures and how they had to hide in the cavity of a rock. Melanie reads a scripture to Lori about not fearing men more than God and being faithful. Melanie says if the door is open to Satan, he comes in and attacks. God doesn't work in darkness. Melanie says Lori responds. I agree 100% and that is what the Lord is doing with me.

31:26Okay, sure. That's exactly what's going on. You're the vessel and he's working through you. 1012 AM Lori says she is in hiding in the cavity of a rock and that K is dark because she changed the life insurance policy with Charles. Lori says she doesn't know why Melanie is being controversial with her and says she loves Melanie. Melanie says if you loved me, you would not have told the police. I had JJ with me. 1014 AM Lori tells Melanie she did what the Lord told her to do. Melanie says Lori has been deceived. Tammy died. Charles died. Melanie says she has never had peace about all of this and she has felt weird in her stomach. Lori responds. You know me, Mel. This sounds like you have been influenced by somebody dark and obey dark things. 1015 AM Lori says Christ is coming soon and Melanie will know that Lori has not been deceived. Chad now comes onto the call and says his sister-in-law Heather Debel has been deceived and coming up with theories.

32:33Chad says his own children said Tammy had been getting getting weaker and sick. Her heart was failing and she was physically falling apart. Yeah, right. Bro, were you poisoning her? Did anyone ever check for that? Some arsenic or something? 1017 AM Chad says he's known for years that Tammy would die young and his life will have two segments. Chad says you have to have faith in the master plan. Melanie says you can understand my concern. Can't you? Chad says from an outsider's perspective, he can. But her boyfriend seems to be putting doubts in her mind. At 1025 the judge calls a morning recess back in 20 minutes.

34:361046 AM John prior was not in the courtroom this morning for the first part of Melanie Gibbs testimony, but he is just walked in and remember John prior is Chad daybell's lawyer. 1047 AM during the break. Lori walked out the side door with her leg shackles and then sat in a chair with wheels. Deputies then wheeled her away. This was likely so deputies didn't have to remove the shackles to take her to the restroom. She is now back in the courtroom chatting with her attorneys. Well, that's what happens if you're accused of murder, you wear shackles. 1053 AM Melanie Gibbs is back on the stand testifying against the woman who used to be her best friend. 1054 AM Melanie said she recorded the call with Chad and Lori because she wanted to know where JJ was and hope she'd learn where Chad and Lori were. 1056 AM Melanie said the weekend she stayed at Lori's house. Melanie stayed in Tyler's room, but she went back and forth into David's room who was sleeping in JJ's room.

35:41David woke up very troubled from a dream. Melanie went to Lori's room and texted her and Chad to ask if David could get a blessing. Nobody responded to Melanie's text and Lori's door was locked. So hang on a minute here. A grown-ass man had a bad dream. And he had to have another grown-ass man come in and give him a blessing or that's what he wanted. Here's an idea, buddy. Wake up. She had a dark entity in her and they had to do what they could to get the spirit out. They referred to Lori and Chad. Lori said Tammy was starting to get suspicious that Chad was having an affair. 37:47So yeah, I'm sure Tammy was catching on. 1105 AM Melanie says Tammy had been suspicious about the affair for less than two weeks. Tammy had also turned dark within two weeks before her death. 1107 AM after Tammy passed on Melanie said Lori was very happy to get married to Chad. Lori never expressed any sadness or sorrow Melanie said Lori's demeanor was similar to after Charles died. 1109 AM Melanie says Lori told her about vibrations that were equal to your level of spirituality. If you were at 1000, you were at the terrestrial level. The more your vibrations increased, the closer your body was to being translated. I have my middle finger up in the air right now. I think that all of these cold members should translate that. 1110 AM Lori said her vibration level was such that she didn't need to eat. And her menstrual cycle could change.

40:49Melanie says she went over her testimony with prosecutors at the beginning of this month or end of last month. Thomas asked if Melanie was as forgetful with prosecutors when they met earlier as she was today. Melanie says yes 1117 AM Thomas asked about a seven page document she created with her testimony. She said she completed it in 2020. Thomas asked the court to strike the witness Blake interjects and ask for a sidebar conversation white noises played in the courtroom as attorneys meet with the judges. 1121 AM boys back on the bench and says an objection will be taken up outside the presence of the jury. 1121 AM Thomas wants Melanie Gibbs testimony struck from the record because he says the prosecutor did not furnish statements from Gib to the defense. 1123 AM Blake says she interprets a law differently than Thor than Thomas and says all statements have been turned over.

58:58Duncan said a crime scene technician took photos of the scene once that is done the crime scene detective goes through to see what is evidentiary value photos are taken and evidence is seized Duncan says the body is considered evidence and the Maricopa County Medical Examiner's office was called to assist and take control of the body and a lot of times the body holds a whole bunch of clues about who might have done the killing 155pm the victim was identified as Charles Vallow Duncan noticed there were no furniture in the living room and mirrors on the wall which was odd Charles was laying on his back on the floor on the west of the living room Charles shirt had been cut away from his body medical equipment was on his chest that was used to confirm his death Duncan says 157pm Charles had one visible gunshot wound on the left side of his abdomen Duncan says he never responded to another shooting death with so little blood there was there was not any blood spatter and that's real odd usually when there's a shooting there's blood spatter all over the place

1:00:13158pm Alex indicated he shot Charles twice in the chest while he was standing Duncan says there was only one bullet hole initially but next to Charles there were two 45 caliber shell casings there was also a bullet next to his left shoulder lying on the ground which was odd 2pm Duncan says Alex indicated he had given CPR Duncan says normally when someone is given CPR after being shot there is more blood because of compressions on the chest but Duncan says there was very little blood well in the phone call with 911 you hear Alex Cox say that he doesn't know how to do CPR and then the technician on the phone the 911 operator goes to start walking him through the steps but he didn't call for like 45 minutes so given someone CPR that's not going to do much after they've been shot in the chest and laying there for 45 minutes 203pm Charles had abrasions to his knees Duncan said there was blood on a faucet inside the house Duncan saw Charles body being removed from the house by the medical examiner
