Meditation Monday: Nourish Your Inner World
About this episode
My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.
We’ve now entered Sagittarius season and the final week of November, a time when life often begins to speed up. It’s one of the busiest seasons of the year, when we give so much of our time and energy to the outside world that our own inner world can become depleted. This week’s meditation invites you to pause, listen inward, and consciously care for yourself. Each time you return to it, you’ll create space to check in with how you’re really feeling and tend to your own needs with awareness and compassion.❤️
Crystal for this meditation: Carnelian supports vitality, creativity, and motivation, helping you refill your energetic cup and reconnect with your inner fire.
