About this episode
Hey what’s up Tribe, thanks for tuning in to another episode of the TFC Audio Project: Down Under. This week I chat with Tom O’Halloran from Mechanics of Movement - Tom is a physiotherapist and exercise scientist with a special interest in biomechanics, strength and conditioning and really anything movement-related! Throughout the episode we talk through Tom’s evolving journey with his approach to physio and rehab, the critical importance of building self-efficacy (for clients and clinicians), the fundamentals of biomechanics and how it can be helpful for problem-solving as well as the use of play-based approaches for skill learning and whole-body integration.
