Matt Poll - Influence of Children

Matt is an experienced business leader with a passion for innovation. He has recently founded Neos (neos.co.uk), which is an InsureTech business that is focused on delivering smart home protection products and services

Prior to this, he spent fifteen years in the Insurance industry working in the UK and US with AXA and RSA. His most recent corporate role was the Commercial Director for More Than (part of the RSA Group) which is one of the largest retail insurance brands in the UK.

Whilst at More Than he also created and funded an Innovation Lab focused on combining emerging technology trends (including IoT) with more traditional insurance products to create and deliver customer-centric solutions.

Matt also has a strong affinity with social enterprise. He is a mentor for the School of Social Entrepreneurs and is an Advisory Board Member for the charity Seechangefilms (seechangefilms.org).

Living just outside London, Matt is married with three young children and is heavily involved in sport in his spare time.
