Matosevic Banned for Doping, Criticizes Tennis Anti-Doping

Former Australian tennis player and coach, Marinco Matosović, just got hit with a four-year ban for breaking anti-doping rules. The 40-year-old peaked at number 39 in singles back in 2013, retired in 2018, and later coached players like Chris O'Connell and Jordan Thompson. An independent tribunal found he committed five violations between 2018 and 2020. Those included blood-doping while still playing, helping another player do it, giving tips on dodging positive tests, and using and possessing the BAN Substance Cleanbeater All.
