Homag Group further expands its activities in the solid wood sector with the acquisition of a majority interest in the Danish mechanical engineering company Kallesoe Machinery A/S. Homag is acquiring a good 70% of the shares in Kallesoe Machinery A/S from the Christensen family, with the residual approximately 30% remaining with the Kallesoe family. The purchase price is in the low double-digit million-Euro range. A new image of how The Shakespeare North Playhouse will look when it opens in Prescot has been revealed. The project for the new Naples Centro Direzionale subway station by Benedetta Tagliabue - Miralles Tagliabue EMBT lies at the centre of a 1970s high-rise glass and steel complex designed by Kenzo Tange.
